Leading Junko to declare that once they out of the Killing Game, She will put Chihiro in the punkest gender-neutral outfit she can create because he desperately needs some kind of edge. Mukuro find the idea adorable.

* While Mukuro, Toko and Makoto are investigating the Plushie Factory, Monokuma arrives to correct them about the nature of the Monokuma Plushie and Mukuro then give her opinions about them:

** The photo Ryota receives features the Ultimate Imposter wearing an oversized ducky inner tube over his uniform. Chiaki is also fully buried under the sand, with only her hands holding a gaming device being visible.

* While in the Outer Cercle with Makoto and Monokuma, Usami suddenly realizes that unlike the student, she and Monokuma never played Russian Roulette, leading her to drag Monokuma out of the room to shoot themselves:

* Unsurprisingly, Teruteru took the poster of the [[GagBoobs supermodel]] in the boys' locker room to his room. Upon learning this, [[HormoneAddledTeenager Kazuichi is angry that Teruteru didn't share it with the other boys]].

* As part of a deal they've made, Kazuichi allows Hiyoko to steal his meals so that Sonia will notice him. That said, this RunningJoke [[HarsherInHindsight ends up resulting in tragedy later on in the chapter]].

* While discussing Yasuhiro's dubious reputation, Mukuro remarks that she nevers heard of him before and Leon counter that she never heard of Sayaka Maizono either. Makoto sheepishly admit he told him about that fact, leading Mukuro to groans.

* The roller coaster ride is probably funnier than in the original ''Danganronpa 2'': Junko, Mukuro, and Chihiro are having the time of their lifes while Taka screams completely terrified, Toko clings to Byakuya's arm for dear life, one of Celeste's extension drills comes off, and Makoto gets sick [[VomitDiscretionShot and ends up throwing up on Leon]]. After the ride is over, Celeste and Leon rush to their cottages to get changed.

* What exactly was the roar Hiyoko heard when she used the first-floor girls' restroom around the time of the murder? Why, Nekomaru using the boys' restroom, of course! Even funnier? ''This'' is what proves that Nekomaru couldn't have murdered Fuyuhiko.

** Finally, Monokuma gives her a JumpScare when she discovers the stairs to the fourth floor blocked off.

** After being cured of the disease, Celeste insists [[BlatantLies that a fake persona took over when she was sick]].

* How Mukuro manages to prove the "Syo" with them at the Class Trial is actually a Despair Disease-addled Toko: Taking advantage of Toko's hemophobia by cutting her hand with a knife and then showing it off to the rest of the class.

* The second Usami Theater segment has Usami making contradiction after contradiction in regards to what should be done during a closed-space epidemic.

* Junko locks Mukuro in her cottage, so she's forced to exit through a window and ends up landing on the water.
