This doesn't seem plausible. Viva's reaction to the group showing up during Band Together implies that her group hasn't seen other trolls for quite some time, not to mention they have no idea that the Bergens are no longer a threat to trolls, something they surely would have asked about upon seeing visitors. Her use of 'hermana' seems more likely to be because she's voiced by Camila Cabello.
