* With the confirmation that the ''Website/SCPFoundation'' is looping, how many loopers were enjoying what they ''thought'' was a normal baseline loop, only to run into one of the monsters covered on the site?

* Fused Loops can easily become this. You essentially have the recipe in hand for the most one-sided or unnerving possible crossovers imaginable, particularly if all sides aren't Awake. What would be the end result if a more aggressive race or group, such as [[StarWars The Galactic Empire]] or [[Anime/DragonBallZ the Saiyans]], were fused with a more harmless verse like Equestria, with no one on the Ponies' end awake? [[CurbStompBattle It probably wouldn't end well for the ponies.]]

----

* A franchise, long thought to be unsalvagable due to poor writing, was revived in a new dawn by a new take on a surprising set of characters. Are we talking about the Infinite Loops, or the MyLittlePony franchise? Both were revived by [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic the Friendship is Magic series]].
* Hogwarts has the most fused loops because on Fanfiction.net, Harry Potter has the most stories, and the most crossovers, of any series on the site, and the loops often have variant loops based on fanfiction stories.
* One of the [[CrackPairing odder pairings]] the loops have spawned has to be [[VideoGame/ShinMegamiTenseiIIINocturne Naoki Kashima]] and [[TabletopGame/Warhammer40000 Slaanesh]], but when you look at it in a deeper light, you can see that it makes a lot of sense. In Naoki's baseline, he went for the True Demon ending, out of a combination of [[ScrewDestiny subverting the Great Will's repeating pattern of destruction and rebirth]] and {{Pride}}. Additionally, he now usually goes for the [[SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong True Freedom ending out of a desire to reclaim his friends.]] Now, what is Slaanesh but the embodiment of desire and the fulfilment of? Desires for power, companionship, and especially for freedom. Slaanesh was everything that Naoki could ever possibly want. Thus, their pairing.
* During a Pokemon fused loop, Mikasa became a Ralts. While Mikasa's physical abilities do not truly translate to a [[MagikarpPower Ralts]] that well, Ralts evolves into Gardevoir. Gardevoir is known for it's devotion to their partners/trainers, and Mikasa is known for her devotion to her brother/trainer in that loop Eren.

* Well, the ponies do have an "I Win" Button in the form of the Elements of Harmony, so the outcome might not be so set in stone.
** Not that any of the ponies would recall the loop in this case.
* When Anakin confronted the witch form of either Padme or an unawake Ahsoka (having no way to figure out who was the witch and who was killed by said witch), the labyrinth and witch that existed within it is a reflection of his actions as Darth Vader baseline (being a fusion of [[Film/RevengeOfTheSith Mustafar]], [[Film/ANewHope The Death Star]] and [[Film/TheEmpireStrikesBack Bespin]], and visually looking like Vader, respectively). As a corrupted magical girl's form and labyrinth are based on her thoughts before falling, this would imply that the fall was caused by a wish that came out as a glimpse into the future as it would have been baseline. A fridge Tearjerker too, seeing as the poor guy is doing a lot to avoid these futures.
* Though it's considered highly immoral, there are almost no restrictions for keeping living or even sentient beings inside of a subspace pocket. In fact, if anyone within a subspace pocket had the requisite food, water, warmth and air, they could theoretically survive indefinitely, even past the loop's end. Functionally, this could enable time travelling, so long as the person is not a looper (they simply wake up outside of the pocket). While this wouldn't seem too bad, imagine what would happen to someone less... morally encumbered.

** To make it worse, there are more than a few Loopers who start out as villains (or at least jerks), but gradually develop into better people over the Loops. But unless they're the Anchor, every so often they ''won't'' be Looping, and they'll revert to their baseline state. Dealing with a friend who has forgotten nearly everything you are to each other is bad enough, but at least you can have something like your original friendship. Dealing with one who has become everything they hated as their Awake self? Far worse.

* The FridgeHorror to trump all others: What happens when Yggdrasil is fixed, and the Loops ''stop''? It's obvious that allowing the loopers to retain their powers and memories would break the stories so badly it would probably require a new set of Loops just to sort out ''that'' damage, but simply returning the Loopers to baseline would be a FateWorseThanDeath for most (if not all) of them.
** It's more than likely that all powers, memories, and items would be removed.
** ...which would technically make everything they do during the Infinite Loops time period AllForNothing. Thankfully, the removal of their memories would mean they wouldn't [[DespairEventHorizon break]] from the knowledge they've gained, or, for the more crapsack timelines, that the ability to make their timeline better was taken away from them.
** The Awake versions of them would probably Ascend to become Admins, while the UnAwake versions would live out their lives as normal.
*** That would entail that their homeworlds are destroyed, starting the problem all over again.
*** Wasn't it stated that Ascension only destroys worlds because of Yggdrasil being broken? Some snippets have loopers noting it would be safe to ascend once the Tree is repaired.

* In [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic Equestria]], Princess Celestia requests that her little ponies stop swearing by her name, seeing as they are several orders of magnitudes older then her. She suggests trees as an alternative, and while this can be a simple nod to nature worship, it's also hilariously smart: Yggdrasil, the giant computer that contains all universes, is a huge tree. They're swearing by Yggdrasil!

* Here's something to think about. The pony loopers have gone through several loops involving TheConversionBureau. How long before other non-MLPFIM loopers go through a conversion bureau loop?
** If it's before they meet the MLP loopers for the first time, then they'll not be able to trust them.
** If it's after they've met the MLP loopers, how long before they can regain their trust?
*** Considering it's already happened before? Most who've met them don't hold it against them. They all have bad variants they don't like talking about. As for those who've never met them before...well, [[Main/ShinMegamiTensei Naoki Kashima]] has something to say regarding that.
* Still with the ponies, in one Loop Twilight Sparkle terraforms a planet with hostile but relatively harmless lifeforms on it, without asking or checking beforehand, just to keep a race of xenophobes, who have never gotten on with humans, alive. DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything
** And then she offers super-powers to the people of Earth, provided they don't have a criminal history. There's no way Lex Luthor wouldn't take advantage of that in an instant (especially since Twilight is replacing Superman, and doesn't seem to have come into contact with him).
