* Again in Free Riders, Shadow and Rouge's treatment towards E-10000B may seem cruel [[AntiHero even by their usual standards]] and especially when compared to how they are with [[RobotBuddy Omega]]. However when you take into account that unlike E-10000B whom was (seemingly) a part of a robotic line that was common in the series, there is [[LastOfHisKind only one Omega.]] With that in perspective, for Shadow and Rouge, losing the former would be little different from losing the typical Eggman mook and could easily be replaced, while for the latter not only would they lose a close comrade, finding a replacement for him would be a challenge at best and impossible at worst.

* In Free Riders, While many find the [[AbsenteeActor absence]] and replacement of Teams Dark and Rose's usual Power characters in favor of replacements (In the form of E-10000B and Vector respectively.) strange. It makes sense once you think about it.

** For Rose, Big is [[MeaningfulName (as his name should suggest)]] one of the largest characters of the main and extended cast (at least larger than other power characters in the game like his replacement Vector and Storm), meaning that it's likely most Extreme Gear cannot handle his weight. (Not to mention He's one of the more laid back characters in the series, so He'd probably wouldn't want to compete in a race even if there was gear sturdy enough for him.)

** As For Team Dark, Not only does Omega likely suffer from the same weight problem as Big, (if not more so) there's the fact [[MoreDakka He's armed to the teeth]] and built with a [[HeroicComedicSociopath violent personality to match.]] Meaning He'd likely be a serious danger to other contestants. Not to mention, given that the race was held by Eggman (Omega's most hated person.) It wasn't unlikely that Omega would do some things behind the scenes that would have easily gotten his team disqualified. (or worse.)
