* In ''ComicBook/SpiderVerse'', the Spider-Man from the Vs. games is one of the casualties (confirmed by Dan Slott on Twitter). So, why is he alive here? Well, either Capcom didn't get the memo that he's supposed to be dead...or they ''did'' get the memo and didn't care and decided to use Spidey anyways.

* Dante is half-right about Ultron-Sigma. ''Ultron'' is a soulless robot. ''Sigma'', however, is not. Reploids having souls is a recurring plot point in the ''Mega Man X'' series, and Sigma now exists entirely in soul form as the Sigma Virus. So when Ultron-Sigma tries to activate the Soul Stone, it's power combines with that of the Space and Reality stones to alter Ultron-Sigma's physical form to better reflect the only soul present within the merger.

* It may seem ''very'' odd to a Mega Man X player that X's Level 3 Hyper Combo uses the Ultimate Armor, but instead of doing something like hitting the opponent multiple times with its signature Nova Strike attack, he just uses that to fling the opponent upwards and fires a beam laser, something that the Ultimate Armor does ''not'' actually do. So why does this Hyper play out the way it does? It's actually a CallBack to Mega Man X8's Team-Up attack system, where upon triggering it, the player lets out a forcefield that initiates a barrage from your two characters upon contact ''(not unlike how X starts up his own Level 3 Hyper)''. With that said, what is X's Team-up attack in that game? A giant beam laser.

* Ultron-Sigma's theme takes more after Ultron's theme than it does with Sigma's, likely referencing the fact that this form fights more similarly to the former. Ultron-Omega's, on the other hand, is the inverse: Sigma's theme is more dominant since they now fight more like a traditional Sigma OneWingedAngel form. The balance between how much each of their own individual themes shifts between the two of them as well; both get sampled relatively equally as Ultron-Sigma only for Sigma's theme to take more control as Ultron-Omega, possibly due to both undergoing a rapid VillainousBreakdown at the time.
** Lastly, Ultron-Sigma's theme is akin to how Ultron's theme would sound if done in the style of the Capcom cast, whose music is faster and more techno-based. Inversly, Ultron-Omega's theme is Sigma's own remixed according to the orchestral themes of the Marvel side.

Since he only has one arm free in the stance, he's forced to fire his assault rifle one-handed, which results in multiple short bursts (due to the recoil), as opposed to the one long burst when he uses the move outside of the Metal Shield stance (i.e., using both arms).

* [[spoiler:So how DOES the Sigma Virus, a rather contagious computer virus, have the ability to possess organic life when neither Ultron or Sigma have the power to do that?]]
** He DOES have the Reality Stone, so he may have used it to alter or enhance its effects.
* Wait, how did [[spoiler: Dante manage to pass the Soul Stone to Ultron-Sigma without anyone sensing him?]]
** The SOUL Stone cloaks him.
* Throughout the Marvel [[TheMultiverse Multiverse]], each of its universes are [[SharedUniverse Shared Universes]] where Marvel characters coexist and meet up on a very regular basis, but that same universe concept isn't so cut and dry for Capcom. Some of the Capcom characters are clearly from different time periods. Comparing [[VideoGame/GhostsNGoblins Arthur]] [[MedievalEuropeanFantasy and Firebrand]] to [[VideoGame/MegaManX X, Zero,]] [[TheFuture and Sigma]] is one example. Even among the characters from more modern settings, the state of their worlds contradict one another[[note]]For example, [[Franchise/ResidentEvil Chris and Nemesis]] are from a world where viral outbreaks have caused turmoil around the Earth, yet something this particular and of this magnitude is never seen in any other Capcom series in a modern setting, except for ''VideoGame/DeadRising''[[/note]]. In addition, ''Franchise/StreetFighter'' and ''VideoGame/FinalFight'' have been confirmed to actually share a universe, yet the appearances of Ryu and Haggar in ''[=MvCI=]'' don't match up[[note]]The former's appearance is from the more modern day ''VideoGame/StreetFighterV'' (or ''VideoGame/StreetFighterIII'', since it takes place after ''V'') and the latter still looks the same way he did in the 80s during the original ''Final Fight'' game[[/note]]. So, how can there possibly be a Shared Universe for the Capcom characters when they shouldn't be able to coexist for several reasons? The idea of a Capcom Multiverse makes far more sense.
** Jedah actually explains that [[spoiler: towards Death where in his universe, heroes cannot die and so he wants to balance both life and death.]] It's in fact the reason ''why'' the plot even happens in the first place. Hiryu actually confirms this towards Gamora in that he's been fighting Grandmaster Meio for a thousand years before the plot point happens. Though ''why'' [[spoiler: heroes can never truly die in his world]] is a FridgeLogic in and of itself as he never explains that part.
*** This still doesn't explain why the Capcom characters that are very likely from different universes are implied to live in the same one.
** Sigma has the [[ComicBook/MegaMan Unity Engine]] in his lab. That device was used in ''Worlds Unite'' to unite Capcom worlds together. Likely Ultron Sigma uses that along with their two stones to do the same with Marvel world.
** It seems as though the key factor separating most of the Capcom franchises are the varying time periods, and even then at least two of them (for example ''Darkstalkers'' and ''Devil May Cry'') already have events that take place from the past to the present.
* [[spoiler:After the defeat of Ultron Omega, how is it that the Reality Stone stays cracked? Shouldn't have they have used one of the other stones (mainly the Time Stone to rewind it back to a form of mint-condition) in order to repair it in some way?]]
** The Infinity Stones cannot affect one another (comic book lore).
* How come that the Reality Stone resides in Capcom's world ''before'' the two universes merge? The game doesn't seem to explain it.
** While it's true the game doesn't explain it, there are a few possibilities. Most likely Death gave it to Jedah (who was the one to breach the dimensions in the first place) who planted it in Abel City for the plan to work. Another possibility is the [[ComicBook/SonicTheHedgehogMegaManWorldsCollide Worlds Collide]] situation. We know that Thanos has almost destroyed the Marvel universe multiple times with the Infinity Stones. It could be that a previous defeat has caused the stones to scatter in a way that one of them breached the dimension itself, like the blue Chaos Emerald did.

* [[spoiler: How come Grandmaster Meio went down easily despite being one of the most difficult final bosses in Capcom history and didn't call on his own minions like Solo, The Four Winds, or Juroung or summoned creatures to deal with the heroes?]]
** [[spoiler: He placed his bets on a reprogrammed Zero to deal with the opposition. Ultron-Sigma never bothered to tell Meio that X has experience on deprogramming Zero.]]

* Thanos calls out both Iron Man and Dr. Light for creating bloodstained legacies in the name of peace, claiming that Thanos is NotSoDifferent with the both of them. For Tony, it's attacking other superheroes due to paranoia that his armor schematics might be copied, being brainwashed and controlled by Kang the Conqueror, created an a.i. armor with [[{{Yandere}} unhealthy tendencies]] which included raping Jocasta, RobotGirl and fellow Avenger to Tony, made several attempts of killing Stark himself, and joining forces with Ultron into brainwashing a benevolent cult based on Stark's mentor and father figure Ho Yinsen, had his morality inverted by Red Onslaught and infected people with an Extremis-Symbiote hybrid virus, and participating in two superhero civil wars which left them vulnerable to Skrulls, Norman Osborn, and Hydra. For Thomas, it's the creation of X himself which leads him to be imperfectly copied, which leads to the Maverick problems that also included Sigma, which led to the Maverick Wars, which led to the Cyber Elf Wars and the second Maverick Wars, which led to the creation of Biometals with its own brand of problems and by the time of Mega Man Legends, "baseline" humanity is all but extinct and replaced by [[ArtificialHumans Carbons]] yet there are remnants of humanity who want Earth back in the worst way possible.

!! FridgeLogic

** As far as I can remember, out of the [[spoiler: six Infinity Stones, Reality is the most powerful, so perhaps damaging the Reality Stone sort of messed with the fabric of reality to the point where even the Time Stone couldn't fix the damage?]]
