She also gets mad at him for talking to her therapist on the phone later (although this is somewhat justified since he was talking about her). In the end, she sticks him and the rest of the cast into a clearly ineffective group therapy, where nobody is likely to get any help. In other words, Kaeloo just stopped her friend with psychological issues from getting help because she was too selfish to let him.
