* The fact that Cabby can't remember her parents implies she hasn't spoken to them since she's started keeping her files, which is presumably a good while given how used to using them she is during the show. In general, most adults contact their parents pretty regularly if those parents are alive and they have a good relationship, so the fact that Cabby doesn't have a file or anything on her parents...can't mean anything good.
