* There is an explanation as to why Reginald is so happy to [[spoiler: give up the Toppat Clan to Henry in ''Mission's'' Executive/Allies and Executive/Dead routes, when previously he was willing to kill Henry to prevent him from usurping the position. It's heavily implied that Reginald changed his mind after seeing how much Henry was willing to do for the Toppat Clan. This makes more sense when you recall their initial meeting in which Henry betrays his initial employers to satisfy his own {{Greed}}. Someone like that is hardly the person you want commanding a team of people, criminal organization or otherwise. This may paint Reginald with a bit of [[{{Hypocrite}} hypocrisy]] considering he gave up the organization to save his own skin, one has to remember the context of the situation. Henry had just defeated the organization and had captured its leader. Henry had the means to largely cripple the organization (as seen when you ignore Reginald's bargaining and just follow the military's orders). So Reginald took a gamble. He could A) allow the organization to be crippled by the government or B) give power to a clearly untrustworthy individual that he may dispose of at a later date. Reginald chose B, but Henry would always remain a threat to the Toppat Clan until he showed himself capable of actually doing what he can to help the organization instead of following his selfish desires, which he finally does in "Toppat King" and "Toppat 4 Lyfe", the respective endings of those routes]].

* Ellie goes after Henry in "Toppat Civil Warfare" for abandoning her during Complex. However, she does not go after him in "Cleaned `Em Out", "Jewel Baron", or "Free Man." Why only that specific one? In the "Pardoned Pals" plotline, she reveals that she is familiar with the Toppat Clan and knows how to find them. Which is why she can chase down Henry if he leads the Clan. The first two have no connection to the clan, so she has no idea where to look, and "Free Man" has Henry captured as a personal vendetta by the Right Hand Man, and not involving the other members of the Clan. Thus, a casual acquaintance like Ellie would not be able to find him.

Only with these two powerful incentives do the forces of the Wall chase Henry and Ellie [[TheDeterminator all the way to a tropical jungle]].

* In ''Fleeing the Complex'', Henry tries disguising himself as a snowman to sneak past some guards, only for one to shout "Frosty's escaping!" before they shoot him down. Sounds funny at first, until you remember it's [[TheAlcatraz a prison for the most notorious criminals in the world]], which would include [[SerialKiller serial killers]]. Unlike other times where [[TheGuardsMustBeCrazy they were fooled by him hiding under a cardboard box, or didn't think anything of a dinghy taking off at random]], the guards ''instantly'' recognize the danger and shoot him down. [[ParanoiaFuel Who before Henry used a snowman as a disguise]], [[TheDreaded to the point where it became his moniker]]?

* In ''Airship'' if you choose to steal the ruby crystal, the Tophat-clan and the government eventually face off in the desert. However, a building near the battle sees this and puts one of 4 discs into a machine. All but one kills Henry, and someimes the world. This would be less terrifying if the guard wasn't INSERTING DISCS AT RANDOM, which means that the people in charge of the deadliest weapons in the world don't know what they are or what they do

* In ''Airship'' if you choose to steal the ruby crystal the Tophat-clan and the goverment eventually face off in the desert, Hoever, a building near the battle sees this and puts one of 4 disics into a machine. All but one Kills Henery and ususally the world. This would less terrifying if the guard wasn't INSERTING DISCS AT RANDOM which means that the ppeople in charge of the dealiest weapons in the world don't know what they are or do
** Also compounded by the fact that the goverment didn't know what was there implying that a random company has more advanced tech tan the goverment

!! FridgeBrilliance:
* In ''Airship'', when facing against [[TheDragon the Right Hand Man]], regardless of what battle style you choose (Final Fantasy or Earthbound), you win if you choose the [[spoiler:items/goods]] option. This is appropriate, since throughout his escapades, Henry's only been good at [[spoiler:using items and gadgets]].
* In ''Complex'', LetsPlay/{{Markiplier}} and LetsPlay/JackSepticEye make cameos as prisoners. This makes sense when you remember that they've played the games before, and thus, they've helped Henry pull off his crimes!
* Obtaining the "Presumed Dead" ending in ''Complex'' requires you to [[spoiler:let the decision timer run out]], something that has always meant certain death up until this point. The "presumed" part could refer to the player just as easily as the complex staff.
