The film centers around an ordinary elementary school that soon changes when a batch of contaminated chicken nuggets transform children both in the school and around the country into ravenous, bloodthirsty savages, and the teachers must fight for their lives.

* GrossUpCloseUp: A rare live-action example at the end of the opening credits, where the aforementioned soon-to-be-PatientZero picks up an infected chicken nugget, the image of the black-blotched morsel filling the screen and oozing grey pus when she takes a big bite.
