Decades after she helped him restore the Heart of Te Fiti, Māui is called upon by a very changed Moana, who needs his help on a quest of her own. This is also beautifully written, and I look forward to the finished product!

These are written very in-character, and you grow to like the original male character Makani almost instantly. The two are a perfect match, and couple that with beautifully written pieces about Maui's reaction to loving someone mortal, you have a cute series of fics! * ''Comments'': Although, at first glance, I was apprehensive, I quickly realized that the author does a great job of balancing sweetness with snark, and develops a slow, comfortable, *real* relationship between the two characters. Human!Tamatoa is also a great character, and written in such a way that I can practically picture him in my mind. DISCLAIMER: I do not read explicit scenes, so I did only briefly skim over the tenth chapter here. However, the previous nine and the last one are very PG, and I enjoyed them!
