* ''Comments'': Interesting take on the nations being almost ordinary people, and what that looks like to everyone else. The writing style is great; the way the scenes are written as brief flashes really works with the story. Also, it gets props for making Canada's invisibleness epic.

* ''Comments'': It's a ''{{Titanic}}'' parody with England as Rose and America as Jack. Granted, England is a bit less {{tsundere}} than usual, but everyone's characterization is pretty well done. The grammar's a tad off, but the author's first language isn't English. Otherwise, it's quite beautifully written.
* You forgot to mention that not only is England less {{tsundere}}, he is also very OOC, and he acts like a girl. It's obvious that the writer has talent, it's just annoying to see him written that way. Also, France is made out to be a total douche bag, which is OOC as well. It's an OK read I guess, but I don't think it's all that great.

* ''Comments'': This work-in-progress provides a realistic (or at least semi-plausible) look at how the modern society would view the existence of [[AnthropomorphicPersonifications Personified Nations.]] Whoever "leaked" it must have taken hints from [[Comicbook/{{Watchmen}} Adrian Veidt]] or LexLuthor, as the world at large (for the most part) seems to view them as either freak shows for the press, "lab test" material for scientists and politicians, or outright abominations, though France and Greece manage to get by initially. In other words, expect a good deal of DarkerAndEdgier and WhatMeasureIsANonHuman moments; an early scene where [[spoiler: a Holocaust survivor tracks down and attempts to gun down Germany and Italy]] should be a good indication. And I guess the only reason why this is in this section is because technically, the cast of ''BlackLagoon'' are also in this. Due to the scale of this sort of thing, the pace is rather slow.

* ''Comments'': I adored the film ''The King's Speech'' very much and had decided to look up any crossovers that had been made with it out of boredom. To my greatest pleasure, I found this fanfiction. Very well written and pretty much in character for both the Prime Minister as well as England himself. It's particularly pleasing that this was a fanfiction focused upon Arthur because we see sides of him that we can't (and sometimes won't) see in Hetalia: we actually are shown his intelligence rather han hearing him brag about it and we actually get to witness the English gentleman that we rarely see in he series. This fanfiction developes Arthur based upon the feelings of the English people pre- and post-speech. In the end he humbles himself to a man who wanted only one thing: to protect his country.

* ''Comments'': Do not be put off by the title simply because it's from a {{Vocaloid}} song; coming from someone who hates unmodified-plot FusionFic usually has, this Troper can say that this is one of the best fic of {{Vocaloid}} song ever fused with Manga/AxisPowersHetalia, or any other fandom for that matter. The author does not just slap the Hetalia's cast into the plot of ''Alice of Human Sacrifice''; rather, the author ''evolves'' it to be its very own original plot, sometimes bordering into OriginalFlavour of the Literature/AliceInWonderland novels, which the author apparently has read as well. And yes, ''novels''. [[spoiler: You probably don't expect that this fic contains, among other awesome things most people miss in [[AdaptationDistillation adaptations]], the Looking-Glass world, [[RoyalBrat Queen of Hearts]] ''and'' [[OffWithHisHead Red Queen]], and [[TheOjou The Duchess]], do you?]] So, expect MindScrew nearly in the same level of Literature/AliceInWonderland! Needless to say, a must-read for anyone who like Literature/AliceInWonderland with more "bit" of [[MadWorld madness]] sprinkled on.

* ''Comments'': A story told in three parts, it is longer and more substantial than a one-shot, but not too lengthy as to eat up a whole afternoon in reading it. The premise for this fic could have been mangled rather badly but the author keeps a good handle on the characterization of Alfred and Arthur. On the whole, the story is fluffy and humorous and lighthearted, with several pokes and subversions of events in Harry Potter's first year. Also, Protective!Arthur manages to be simultaneously adorable and awesome.

* ''Comments'': The fic surprisingly captures both Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's style and Victorian Britain fairly well. It also helped that the ''real'' mystery was solved not by Holmes, [[spoiler:but by Watson when he recognized Arthur's image.]]

There's also a wonderful CrowningMomentOfFunny delivered by Alfred that I won't spoil, and every single character is in character. This crossover is everything a crossover should be.

* ''Comments'': Despite being the author's first Hetalia fic, this is pretty much a masterpiece. The fact that Arthur ''is'' England is used to excellent effect as he feels everything that happens to the country under Norsefire's rule in his body (for example, Larkhill is an infected sore) and his captivity is generally harrowing. The ending is satisfying and uplifting with a couple of clever touches, such as Arthur considering being self-ruling for a bit.

* ''Comments'': The crossover with the SCP-verse is surprisingly to-the-point and covers both the Foundation and Baltics well enough. There's also a mix of black humor (the Foundation refusing to [[spoiler: conduct bio-terror on the Nations' peoples]] to see what would kill them, as it's a ''civil'' organization) and woobieness/BreakTheCutie moments (the Nations become increasingly deranged and aggressive). Towards the end, without spoiling anything, let's just say that the Foundation had it coming.

* ''Comments'': Contains ''numerous'' allusions to mythologies of all flavors and interweaves them in brilliant ways, not to mention the great interactions between England and Japan and the ''Manga/{{xxxHoLic}}'' immigrants. I don't know much about ''Manga/{{xxxHoLic}}'', but its characters seem to be very well-integrated into the story; one doesn't have to know about the other series to enjoy this fic (though it does help to have some background knowledge).

* ''Comments'': Basically, it's another ''{{Titanic}}'' crossover. However, ''this'' one is actually well-written and most of the characters are not {{OOC}}. The writing is very consistent and the writer knows her history well. I'd recommend this entirely.

* ''Comments'': Yes, it's a crossover with TheSlenderManMythos, and it works. This fic is genuinely scary without resorting to cheap gore, and makes use of both Slendy and Hetalia fanon to great effect. YMMV with the ending, though - some people think it's a great twist, some don't. See for yourself.

* ''Comments'': A crossover with Bioshock that shows what happens before the events of the game. Note that all nation characters are mostly referred to by their human names, i.e. America is called Alfred F Jones.
