* FromNobodyToNightmare: Rare good guy example. Bucky was originally TheUnfavorite of his family, a runty, stoner artist who's biggest dream was to study at Warren's Art Institute, in direct contrast to his more military minded father and brothers. During their initial push to conquer the Aniverse, the Toads specifically allowed him to survive the massacre of his family so he could spread word of their invincibility. They'd actually gotten a psyche profile on him that concluded without a doubt Bucky lacked the will or fortitude to come back as a problem. This bit them in the tails spectacularly.
