* AllMenArePerverts: Star tells Hailey that all guys have a perverted side when they catch Lincoln checking the disguised Hekapoo out during class. An interesting case since neither is bothered by this since Star considers it perfectly normal and Lincoln doesn't let it control him, and Hekapoo is "pleased" that Lincoln finds her that attractive.

** Lincoln doesn't go on a decades-long quest to beat Hekapoo's challenge like Marco. Instead, he bets her that he can prove that humans and Earth aren't boring by just his hometown alone. If he wins she gives him back the scissors she reclaimed. If she wins then she gets the satisfaction of being proven right that humans are worthless. [[spoiler: He wins]].

* ElementalPowers: As a result of Star trying (and succeeding) at fixing his broken arm, instead of a monster tentacle he gains elemental powers that, once he accepts them as a part of him he gains control of.

* LikesOlderWomen: Hekapoo is at least [[OlderThanTheyLook over 1000 years old]]. This however doesn't unnerve or make her any less attractive to Lincoln. Then again it probably doesn't hurt that despite her age Hekapoo looks about Lincoln's age anyway.

* MoodWhiplash: Lori is excited to hear about Lincoln's new 'female friend', then she actually meets Hekapoo, and her and her approval of the girl drop like a lead weight.

** Rusty bet Zach that the new student [[MsFanservice Hailey]] had [[GagBoobs F-cups]]. He's wins.

* CasanovaWannabe: Rusty, one of Lincoln's friends, thinks he's a ladies man. Constantly flirting and hitting on multiple girls, usually ending with him getting smacked. Even when Star goes crazy from mewberty, and was cocooning every single boy in school, she tosses him aside like a piece of trash. What's REALLY pathetic, is that he WANTED her to cocoon him.
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: Everyone from the Loud side of the crossover is three years older and not everybody remains the same person they were.

** Lincoln has picked up a few new skills since he was eleven. He's able to play the guitar and sing well enough to draw a crowd.
** Rusty is no longer a kid just starting puberty who thinks he's a ladies man, he's a teenager in full swing of it and has only gotten 'more' unpleasant for girls to be around.

* GreenEyedMonster: Everyone in Lincolns class turns into this when Hekapoo joins the class in her Hailey disguise. The girls get jealous over her looks, while the boys get jealous of Lincoln when she pays attention to Lincoln...and Lincoln when other boys keep ogling her.

** When Lisa joins Star and Lincoln's trip to Father Time's realm in Freeze Day, and they see her past in the monitors. Star is quick to call Lisa's life "Boooooring". And the worst part, Lisa agrees. Despite her dedication to science, seeing her do the same routine of test, study, and experimentation, has left her life hollow and dull. Compared to all the adventures her brother goes on, and the fun activities her sister's do. Which is why she now tries to loosen up and have more fun, and study less.

* IAmNotMyFather: Star's worst fear is becoming like her mother, a stern, emotionless, dull woman. As shown in "Royal Pain", when Star has had it with her father staying with her, and tells him to leave. To which she see's her reflection as mistakes herself for her mom. She becomes so distressed at this that she has a panic attack, and has another purple episode.

* NoSell: Hekapoo tries to give Lincoln a burnt bald spot like with Marco. But do to his new powers making him fireproof, she can't burn his hair.

** Lincoln's teenage appearance is based off Future Trunks from [[Anime/DragonBallZ Dragon Ball Z]]. With the same ponytail hairstyle and orange jacket.
** Lincoln gains powers like [[Anime/MyHeroAcademia Shoto Todoroki]], but when he uses his ice powers his skin darkens like [[Anime/FairyTail Grey Fullbuster's]].

** In "Louds on Mewni" after Lucy and Janna buy a demonic book, the storekeeper asks if they're witches, which they answer yes. So he [[WesternAnimation/GravityFalls lights a torch and plans to form a mob]].

* CovertPervert: Lincoln was embarrassed to admit he spent a lot of math class staring at Hailey/Hekapoo's backside and asks Star not to tell her. Though Hekapoo already knew that and was fine with it since she was encouraging him to do so.

* AdaptationPersonalityChange: In "Mewnipendance Day", Hekapoo shows the same narrow-minded [[FantasticRacism bigotry]] towards monsters, as she does in the show. Not only thinking all monsters are evil, but also claiming humans aren't capable of doing anything bad... until Lincoln gives her a history book on Adolf Hitler. After reading a few pages, she's so shocked she dunks her head into a lava pit to muffle her horrified screams. After Lincoln talks to her about keeping an open mind, she starts to question her beliefs.

* AffectionateNickname: After becoming friend's with Hekapoo, Lincoln starts calling her H-Poo, like Marco. Much to her annoyance.

** Downplayed. Lincoln is the second most intelligent person in his house after Lisa, but the gap between his and her intellect is too great for a comparison to be fair.

The final nail was when she used her Sparkle Glitter Bomb Expand spell to turn the attic into her new room. Resulting in the little [[InsufferableGenius know-it-all's]] brain to shut down. After which she refuses to be involved with anything related to Star's magic.

He'd used the scissors exactly once to get the groceries before Hekapoo turned up. As he hadn't been irresponsible with them he felt no guilt for misusing them as so didn't feel the need to redeem himself by taking them back.
