* SparedByTheAdaptation: [[spoiler:Astraea Familia]] seems to be doing fine here contrast to canon where all the members were dead and the Goddess herself forced to leave the city.

Catchphrase has been disambiguated. Removing ZCE.

* CatchPhrase: The Legiones has a very distinctive and telltale one, familiar to ''Fate'' fans: [[spoiler:ROMAAAAAA!]]

* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: The narrative goes to great lengths to specifically refer to the Servants-turned-adventurers by their aliases rather than their True Names to keep their identities a secret until Kojiro introduces them in-person, [[SubvertedTrope upon which Kojiro will refer to them by name rather than by their title]]. The only exceptions to this are Ryoma and Oryou, whose aliases are only revealed after they meet Bell. Even the Legiones, [[spoiler:Romulus-Quirinus]], gets in on this, referring to the Asura by his alias and declining to mention his real name to avoid "ruining the surprise" for him and Bell. There is also someone in Altera called the Night Queen who attacked Odin and the other gods attending the Valkyries' concert.

* UniquenessDecay: Downplayed. Odin reveals he can 'see' a person soul, their color. In canon, at first glance it looks like its something only Freya has, then Odin states other Gods have this power. But, he then explains that the only way a God has this power is through judging souls for a ''very'' long time, so still very rare. Freya was far from the only person who judged souls.[[note]]In Norse mythology, both Odin and Freya looked to induct worthy souls into their halls. Odin's Valhalla admitted the best and bravest warriors handpicked by his Valkyries, while Freya's Folkvangr takes the other warrior souls not picked by the Valkyries.[[/note]]

** Kojiro is also this, casually killing others who cro ss him and Bell even when more peaceful solutions are possible. But the people he goes up against tend to be much worse, like slavers and child kidnappers.

** The Far East is this to Japan, having its seasons, several of its gods, and the often sensationalist emphasis on medieval Japanese customs and martial arts, as many of its adventurers fight like samurais, ninjas, [[BareFistedMonk Bare-Fisted Monks]].

* EveryoneWentToSchoolTogether: Well, "everyone went to Chaldea together". It seems that all the Servants in the story know each other from their time at Chaldea, which is why Ryoma and Oryou are quickly to ally with Kojiro in the Far East. [[spoiler:Similarly, the Legiones, Romulus-Quirinus, offers Bell and Kojiro a warm welcome, as Ryoma had sent word in advance of their arrival.]]
