* VillainDecay: Katy Perry and Jack Noir. Katy Perry is built up in Part 1 to be the BigBad, but in Part 2, She sends two incompetent losers after Dave and Terezi, and gets killed by Bell literally a minute after she reveals herself. Jack Noir is reduced from a green-energy- blasting, sword-wielding maniac to a ScoobyDoo-esque costume wearer towards the end.
