* ''Manga/ChainsawMan''. Most of the series' villains are well-written and awe-inspiring, making them just as admirable as they are despicable.
** Despite being the epitome of MoralMyopia and StupidEvil, Samurai Sword is well-liked by fans for his cool design and being a dark mirror of Chainsaw Man, providing him with his first real enemy. His [[spoiler:return in Part 2 as an enemy of the Chainsaw Man Church]] was a treat for many readers.
** The Darkness Devil left one hell of an impression due to its mysterious presence and design, resulting in this.
** Bomb Woman ([[spoiler:Reze]]) was well-received by fans due to her humanized nature and badass displays of power.
** Makima is, from the start, a very sinister woman, but she's also ''exceptionally'' smart and powerful, which has a number of displays. For many, her nefarious nature only amplifies her quality as a character. She ranked Number 2 in both popularity polls[[note]]forming the top 3 with Power and Aki both times, though in different orders[[/note]] and only got more powerful from there. [[spoiler:She's firmly cemented herself as a heinous villain by the end of Part 1, but many fans agree that she's so well-written, sexy, cool and stylish that you can't help but admire her [[LoveToHate while also rooting for her downfall]]. Her nature as a BigBadFriend who was there since ''the very first chapter'' and Part 1's primary MsFanservice has made her the most iconic out of Denji's rogues gallery.]]
** It didn't take long for readers to fall in love with Yoru/War Devil as soon as she turned Mr. Tanaka's spinal cord into a sword.

** Hazanko, in spite of having one physical appearance during the Anten Seven mini-arc and three more dedicated to the finale, spending most of it offscreen leaves a lasting impression in those last three episodes due to the sheer brutality of his relentless ambition, nigh-reality warping powers that allow him to come back from non-existence in one instance, and monstrous personality. He also provides the show's final battle with an epic final Grappler fight between two [[RealityWarper existence-altering ships]] as a part of its most iconic moments.
** The Anten Seven, [[CreepyAwesome the majority possessing unique and creepy designs]] in combination with their powers and all except [[ButtMonkey Tobigera]] manage to push the crew to a corner each time with their powers. Shimi and Hanmyo manage to be very popular due to their uniquely AffablyEvil personalities compared to their allies, especially Shimi.
