* WhatTheHellHero: Eagle has a couple of moments where the Gene Dogs would be justified in calling him out.
** When Dr Merrick raised concerns that Pacer’s gene match would negatively affect his personality, giving him the ferocity of the source animal, Eagle made it clear he wanted to keep that element, not fix it.
** The mid-series reveal that the Dogs’ enhancements will fail, costing them their powers and possibly their minds, without regular follow-up treatment from Dr Merrick. Which seems like the sort of thing he should have told them earlier.

* '''Pacer'''(Carlos de Silva), their field leader, genetically matched to an unspecified ferocious animal. The change has boosted his strength, stamina, tracking and combat skills.

Automaton is an [[ManInTheMachine uploaded mind in an artificial body]], but its self repair also seems to absorb “symbiote gene-matter” from Harvester’s remains for “organ reconstruction”.

** The Genetix suspect the lizard-thing in the London sewers is one of Doctor Mullarkey’s creations. Mullarkey is a recurring villain in MotormouthAndKillpower and other Marvel UK titles.
