A character who has apparently existed in the immediate group for a while, Andy was introduced far later, once people realized he was present when he pitched in during a conversation. Went unnoticed so long due to being small, even for a Joltik, which is the smallest known Pokémon.

A somewhat surly but out-going Swampert who is Benji's sister and a lifeguard on the beach in Silversand; beleagured by certain pranksters misbehaving and being upstaged by Delilah.

The next time he appears, he's seeking out Kojo, Bash's old master, in the hopes of training to help him in his eventual third encounter with the party, but leaves empty-handed after suffering a panic brief attack.
