DPS eventually finds the truck at Griffin's school, where she and Griffin were kidnapped by Garrett's men. After Walker, Trivette, Sydney and Gage track her to Garrett's mansion and arrest him, to which she is granted a retrial, one of his goons, Victor, testifies against him for killing Walt.
