People who entered the Tower uninvited and by their own strength, which means they are some of the strongest and most terrifying creatures in the whole Tower. Most of them are ShroudedInMyth, and rumors about them never give much away except that they are pretty dangerous. It's worth noting as well that there are some (Zahard and the Heads of the 10 families) who would be considered Irregulars under the current system as well, but since they predated it, they don't count.

The first Irregular (discounting Zahard himself, who technically entered as an Irregular but predates the Irregular / Regular system), a being mostly referred to as monster who brought chaos to the Tower under Zahard.

According to WordOfGod, he is an Axis, a mythical, god-like type of being from another story by the same author, which means he can only be defeated by another Axis of greater power. Nobody in the Tower knows about these things, though.

* CurbStompBattle: He vs anyone. Period.
** This is due to the fact that his status as an Axis means that nothing other than another Axis of greater power can defeat him due to their RealityWarper status. Not that any of the inhabitants of the Tower are aware of this fact.

Urek is an Irregular that entered after Phantaminum and Enryu (possibly tracking down Phantaminum) and climbed the Tower in just 50 years. Urek is currently the 4th strongest and the strongest active Ranker (with Phantaminum and Enryu's whereabouts unknown and Zahard in hibernation). Also, he founded a group called the Wolhaiksong or Winged Tree, which has become strong enough to rival the 10 Great Families in influence and strength. He also happens to be on good terms with Yuri Zahard.

In a stroke of luck, Urek, while attempting to steal the Zygaena flowers, runs into Viole during the latter's 21st Floor Test; Viole being ordered to kill him to complete the administrator's task.

At the top of the Ruling Class are Zahard and the 10 Great Warriors, who conquered the Tower and gained control of the [[spoiler: first 134]] Floors from the Guardians. Zahard went on to establish the Zahard Family, who are considered royalty, and the 10 Great Warriors founded the 10 Great Families, who are akin to aristocracy in the Tower; all of their descendants benefit from the contracts they've secured with the Guardians. Beings that lived in the Tower long before it had been populated by Zahard and other races. Each Guardian is a supreme ruler of their own Floor, and merely accepts the Rulers and Proctors as people doing their work for them. They are the ones who allow people to use Shinsoo on their Floor.
