''Tom and Jerry Kids'' has many characters spanning its four season run. Some of them may be recurring, while many of them appear in only one episode. * GeniusDitz: Yes really, even for being a cat who seems to lack a ton of intelligence, he was occasionally shown to be skilled (e.g he was shown engineering in the opening).

* SimpletonVoice: Speaks with a deep, dimwitted voice to go along with his goofy nature.

* MotorMouth

* AccessoryWearingCartoonAnimal: Wears only a red bandana. Averted in episodes in which he looks like Jerry.

A tall and obese anthropomorphic cat with a dimwitted, klutzy attitude, often creating mishaps in his surroundings by accidentand/or mistake.

* BuffoonishTomcat: An [[ButtMonkey clumsy]] KindheartedSimpleton who is [[TheKlutz very klutzy]] and pretty much, slapstick-prone due to his clumsiness.

* FatIdiot: An obese doofus who is quite fallible when he's usually trying to help Tom, he would usually end up making Tom's situation worse unintentionally.

* KindheartedSimpleton: Clearly not the brightest cat around, but is very kindhearted towards Tom and others who's always wanting to help ''(whether he does this right or not)''.
* TheKlutz: Due to him being very clumsy and a bit impulsive, he does this because of his goofy demeanor or is [[LethallyStupid just unaware that he's making things worse like in the "My Pal" episode.]] But can be clumsy to ridiculous degrees.
** In "Clyde to the Rescue", he can't even seem to get the bucket stuck in his head out!

* BrainsAndBrawn: He's the one with the brains.
* FatAndSkinny: He's the skinny one.

* BrainsAndBrawn: He's the one with the brawn.
* FatAndSkinny: He's the fat one.
* FatIdiot: When he's usually trying to help Tom, he would usually end up making Tom's situation worse.

* BerserkButton: He's generally a good-natured little guy, but he does NOT take kindly to those who mess with his father. He's given [=McWolf=] (and other villains) quite a beatdown if they give Droopy a hard time.

* BerserkButton[=/=]BewareTheNiceOnes: He's generally a good-natured little guy, but he does NOT take kindly to those who mess with his father. He's given [=McWolf=] (and other villains) quite a beatdown if they give Droopy a hard time.

* PapaWolf: {{Inverted}}. Dripple does NOT take kindly to those who mess with his dad. He's given [=McWolf=] (and other villains) quite a beatdown if they give Droopy a hard time.

A prototype of Dripple originally appeared in the classic Droopy short "Homesteader Droopy".

* BadassAdorable: Despite having a very adorable, he can surely kick some butt.

* ADayintheLimelight: got his own cartoon titled "Pound Hound"
