* HorribleJudgeOfCharacter: Jasmine works hard at coming up with theories and can lead a Roundtable discussion against other players. Unfortunately, her suspicions are often wrong to a harmful degree. Her theories get several innocent faithfuls - such as Jonny and Charlotte - banished. She also winds up defending Ross, not realising he's a Traitor (admittedly not completely her fault as he'd only been recruited last night, but still). In her final Roundtable she tells the others that if she gets banished, then they should all go for Evie next.

* ObfuscatingStupidity: Evie frequently claims to have no idea who the traitors are, but she admits in private confessionals that she is (correctly) suspicious of both Paul and Harry.
* YourDaysAreNumbered: During Episode 11 she argues for Zach's shield theory proving that either she or Jasmine must be a Traitor, and it isn't her, so it must be Jasmine. When Jasmine is revealed to be Faithful, Evie realises that she's now condemned by her own logic and is pretty much guaranteed to be the next banishment. [[OhCrap She can only whisper "I'm f*ked".]] The sense of impending doom apparently knocked her off her game too much to come up with any alternative theories and she walked into the roundtable correctly aware that it was hopeless.

* WhoNeedsEnemies: Andrew is recruited to the Traitors, leaving him with only them as his "allies" in the game. But he only does it because he views it as a JoinOrDie scenario (thinking he'll be murdered the next night if he refuses), correctly assumes they're only doing it to use him as cannon fodder, and is able to retroactively realize how they've all been turning on each other for the entire game. He knows immediately he'll likely be thrown to the wolves at the first opportunity, although in the end, it was only after the final round table that he was finally banished.

* BewareTheQuietOnes: Jaz speaks up only rarely, but he is the biggest "Traitor Hunter" of Series 2, correctly pegging both Paul and Harry as traitors. However, he plays his cards close to his chest so he's not suspected as a threat. This ultimately backfires on him at the endgame, as [[spoiler:he has no obvious allies to turn to, and Mollie banishes him for his "unnecessary" paranoia.]]

** Leaning heavily on the "prophecy" side of the trope's namesake he correctly predicts Andrew and Ross as Traitors too. Andrew he votes for twice before he's actually recruited in Episode 8 and Ross gets recruited the same episode Jaz starts to suspect he was a prime candidate for recruitment.

* DramaticIrony: Jaz figures out that Paul is a Traitor, and he tells Harry... unaware that Harry is ''also'' a Traitor.

** In the penultimate challenge he receives the sacred sword and is given the option to put £7000 into the prize pot or straight into his own bank account. He makes the seemingly selfless decision to choose the prize pot, but reveals in confessionals he's only doing it to solidify the idea in the other's minds that he's a team player. In reality, he knows there's a reasonable chance he'll be the one to walk away with that £7000 and the rest of the prize pot anyway since he's the Traitor with the least suspicion on him, so he’s fine with risking it - and it paid off for him in the end.
* JustOneLittleMistake: Subverted. This ''seems'' like it's going to happen to Harry in the finale: at the very end, Jaz raises the fact that Harry told Paul much earlier in the series about Jaz's well-founded suspicions that he (Paul) was a traitor and deduces that Harry would've only done this if he was also a traitor. Jaz votes to banish again and votes off Harry -- but (after initially voting Harry), Mollie changes her mind and votes out Jaz. This ultimately seals the win for Harry.

* TheSocialDarwinist: Played with. Harry talks Anthony into this line of thinking. Anthony, keen to defend himself from Zack's suspicions, is convinced to lead a discussion against him, aiming to get Zack banished regardless of allegiance - either getting rid of a Traitor or a "bad Faithful."

However, Harry and Andrew planned to sacrifice Ross anyway to lull the Faithful into a false sense of security, leaving Jasmine and Evie under suspicion at a time that the Faithfuls' numbers are dwindling. Harry and Andrew then kill Zack before he has long enough to figure out his mistake.

Harry and Andrew then kill Zach before he has long enough to figure out his mistake.

** Right after Paul is banished he begins to suspect Harry. He even lays out his reasoning to Zack and Evie, correctly deducing that Harry overshared and was too specific in taking down Paul. In confessionals, Zack laughs off the idea and thinks Jaz is completely wrong.
** Leaning heavily on the "prophecy" side of the trope's namesake he correctly predicts Andrew and Ross as Traitors too. Andrew he votes for twice before he's actually recruited in Episode 8 and Ross gets recruited the same episode Jaz starts to suspect he was a prime candidate for recruitment.
* DramaticIrony: Jaz figures out that Paul is a Traitor, and he tells Harry... unaware that Harry is ''also'' a Traitor.
* EtTuBrute: Jaz says in confessionals and at the roundtable itself that he genuinely never expected Miles to be a Traitor, and was taken aback when he learned that he was one.
* HeroWithBadPublicity: Jaz is absolutely right in his long-held suspicions about Paul but consistently struggles with convincing other people to vote with him.
