However, his number one desire in life is to take revenge on Zevatian, the man who killed his parents (and had him trained to become an agent of the Empire). He genuinely did plan to defect to Alletain upon meeting Levantia, but after Levantia's death, he essentially reverted his loyalties back to the Empire and simply pretended to be an ally of Alletain. After taking his revenge on Zevatian, he assassinates Fredret and allows the Empire to roll in to take over. He is last seen wearing an Empire general outfit, just like what Zevatian wore.]]

* UncertainDoom: [[spoiler:After leaving the Blue Foxes in Chapter 6, he's never seen or heard from again, though his updated biography in the documents list suggest that he may have possibly been murdered by a thief.]]

* TheSociopath: While she's a strong combatant, it's clear early on that she's of an unhinged, self-serving sort. She displays no grief upon hearing that her entire family was murdered and stays with the Blue Foxes because she finds them an interesting enough bunch to keep her amused. She'll skip out on war meetings to focus on her experiments and absolutely detests missions she finds boring, like defeat a couple of weak monsters compared to taking on the Empire. Outside of the Blue Foxes, her good looks and inherent charisma allow her to keep a list of connections that she uses regularly to her advantage.
* UncertainDoom: [[spoiler:She's supposedly killed by Rias after she defects from their group to join the Archbishop's faction, however, her body was never found and she tells Rias just before she falls to her apparent death that they'll see each other again soon.]]

* BeyondRedemption: Against orders, she gleefully kills some civilians trying to start an uprising, which has everyone, including Rias whose normally sympathetic with her, looking at her with disgust. Though her actions go largely unpunished, she isn't looked at in quite the same light from that point on.

* DeadPersonImpersonation: [[spoiler:By carving an imitation of the Mark of the Blessed into his hand, he's able to convince everyone that he's Levantia Shaytham, whom everyone thought was assassinated years ago. After running out the Empire in Chapter 6, he ascends the throne.]]

* BeliefMakesYouStupid: All she's known her whole life are the teachings of the Granvell Church and this nearly got her killed when she blindly followed their teachings. Part of her character development after she joins the Blue Foxes is reconciling what she's learning and learning to move forward with what she sees with her own eyes.
