Up To Eleven is a defunct trope

Added a couple of examples of Deadpan Snarker and Jerkass to Daniel and Rick's pages respectively.

* DeadpanSnarker: After his team located an animal octopus rather than the piece of diving equipment of the same name that they were supposed to get.
--> '''Lord Sugar''': You actually found a real ''live'' octopus?\\
'''Daniel''': Well it was dead!

to:

* {{Jerkass}}: A lower key than most but was noted to have had a curt and vitriolic attitude, especially towards potential buyers in his final week.

* GoneHorriblyRight: Her maneuvering Tom into being project manager in Week 9 can be seen as this. Tom had previously established himself as a weak PM meaning Jackie might reasonably assume she could pull his strings while if they did lose he'd be first in the firing line. Unfortunately for her, Tom proved ''such'' a PointyHairedBoss that he picked Khadija rather than Jackie to present with him, a move greeted with horror by Jackie and Camilla and by bafflement in the boardroom.

The end result of all this was the team losing so badly that Lord Sugar decided it merited a double firing, with Jackie being the second victim.

Wanted to add an extra point about the Noorul/Kurran comparison.

* TheLoad: Consistently proved useless throughout his time on the show, but kept avoiding the boardroom via a combination of being on the winning team a few times and project managers not thinking to bring him back, inviting more than a couple of comparison to Season 5's Noorul.

(Though, unlike Noorul, Kurran was brought back at least once before being inevitably fired.)

* OnlySaneWoman: In Week 6, she was the only member of her team to realise that the level of humour was too juvenile for their advert (which was for a business-themed airline) and that [[Music/[=ACDC=] Highway to Hell]] is an extremely inappropriate choice of music for an airline advert. Her team won, but only because the other team was even worse.

** SubvertedTrope: Ironically her periods as project manager saw her ''least'' impressive performances on the show. The first time in Week 5 saw her effectively lose control of her team where every design suggestion she came up with was overruled or ignored when it came to the shoes Typhoon were meant to be coming up with - Sian had originally wanted to go with high heels, bright colours and a carnival look and ended up with pink and grey trainers designed largely by Daniel and Camilla. The second time in Week 9 Sian's strategy of going for the most expensive item and refusing to drop the price also backfired with zero sales. Had she lost in either week - and Week 9 at least was close - Sian would likely have been in extremely hot water. Fortunately for her she was up against effectively a one woman band in Week 5 and a massively dysfunctional team under a PointyHairedBoss in Week 9.
* TheGenericGirl: Sian came across pretty consistently as intelligent, hardworking and nice but also as having not much of a personality compared with most of the other 'big character' candidates.

to:

* CrazyEnoughToWork: When she appointed Kurran as sub-team leader in the finale, Jasmine and Sabrina openly revolted and refused to work under him, resulting in her giving the job to Jasmine instead. After Jasmine duly botched the task she was given, Sian ordered her to let Kurran take over the sub-team, which led to him producing a very professional TV advert.
* FlawlessVictory: Aside from ending up in the final boardroom during Week 4, she never looked in any major danger of going home, and was the only person from this series to win twice as project manager.

Added DiffLines:

* HairTriggerTemper: She clearly had this, but didn't do ''too'' bad of a job of keeping it under control for the most part. Unfortunately, she ended up losing control at the worst possible time, namely during the interviews, which doomed her chances of continuing (though Sugar didn't like her business plan anyway).

Added DiffLines:

* CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass: Much like Season 12's Oliver, he was almost totally useless as a candidate but really came into his own during the final task, with Lord Sugar saying that the advert he directed for Sian was a hundred times better than the trainwreck of an advert he directed during his tenure as project manager.
