* HyperCompetentSidekick: With the exception of the 'Crusaders' debacle, rarely put a foot wrong throughout the process and was usually the one cleaning up after her team's mistakes. Particularly pronounced in the final task; between Harrison hanging back and Jade's many errors, Sarah seemed to be the only one doing ''anything'' right.

* IncomingHam: "ARE WE GONNA WIN THIS?!"

* NoIndoorVoice: "ARE WE GONNA WIN THIS?!"

* PetTheDog: Could be seen comforting Joanna after it was revealed that her team had won the task.

* InsaneTrollLogic: "We were never lost, I just couldn't find exactly the entrance I was looking for."

* TheBusCameBack: Returned to the show, two years later, to help finalist, [[Characters/TheApprenticeUKSeason15 Scarlett Allen-Horton]], in the final as part of a podcast involving women in engineering.

* YouKeepUsingThatWord: She wanted the brand name for her team's gourmet dish to include the word 'root', but Jade and Harrison refused to use it, even when she tried insisting on it being used.

** Believed that they'd need to turn the {{Fanservice}} UpToEleven in order to sell their burgers to men. A strategy that was commonplace and almost expected on the U.S. edition, but has never been looked on very kindly in the UK series, with Karren even telling her that the idea was inappropriate.

* SeriousBusiness: Just look at her picture compared to other candidates.

* CriticalResearchFailure: The above quote. Not only is it a good idea to research your potential employer as Lord Sugar used to be, but it is also a good idea to have a look at your potential business partner.

* YouMakeMeSic: The Siimon/Jefrii advert board which had "You're helping hand." which translates to "You are helping hand." The retailers were not impressed:
--> "So can I get this straight. You're pitching a £735 product with an unfinished board and grammatical errors?"

* ManipulativeBastard: In much the same way as Jim back in Season 7, he browbeat Danny into not bringing him back after Danny initially chose him. To be fair though, Harrison was the top salesman on the team, so if anything he probably did Danny a favour.

* CelebrityResemblance: Looks a bit like [[Creator/JennaLouiseColeman Jenna Louise Coleman]]

** Also to Karthik from said previous year, as both men narrowly avoided being fired for their disruptive attitudes early on in the process (Karthik in Week 2 and Charles in Week 1). As the progress continued, their attitudes began to improve, only to then be fired as PM for their completely hands-off leadership in their final task (Karthik in Week 7 and Charles in Week 8 respectively).

* UnfortunateImplications: Used the word 'Crusaders' in her brand name for a gourmet recipe kit without realising that the retailers would have problems with it.

* {{Expy}}: To Sofiane last year as they were both accused of being disruptive and one man teams. Though while Sofiane evolved into a lone wolf, Charles started as one yet is managing to settle down as time goes along.

* WallOfBlather: More so than Bushra in Week 4 during her time as a tour guide.

* {{Expy}}: Upon his firing, [[Characters/TheApprenticeUKSeason12 last year's winner Alana and fellow contestant Aleksandra]] described him as being this to Oliver from their season as they both had triple barrel names (Oliver's was Oliver Nohl-Oser while Elliot's was Elliot Van Endem) and were both fired in the third week. The main differences being that Oliver had at least, a victory behind him despite flopping as project manager while Elliot had no victories behind him and received a less stinging firing from Lord Sugar who simply told him that his demeanour was not up his alley and was not cut out to be his business partner.

* {{Irony}}: Claimed on entering the process that "Lord Sugar will not fire Elliot Van Endem." Which would occur in week 3.

* LogicBomb: "We were never lost, I just couldn't find exactly the entrance I was looking for."

* AccidentalMisnaming: A subtle example, but during the task review, referred to Sajan as "Sergeant"

* OnlySaneWoman: Shares this role with Bushra to a lesser extent, due to the fact that they are the only two who try to remain out of the infighting, only fighting in Week 3's reward. Though it may have something to do with the fact that they are put on a more quiet sub team where there isn't fighting.
