Talmyr encompasses the northern part of the western continent. A hostile and frigid land, it served as the prison of [[GodOfEvil Kaicaiusarin]], the Simulacrum of Fear, for most of history, which caused her lingering evil to corrupt the landscape and its wildlife. The main inhabitants of the region are the Dalmiric Men, a culture of humans completely separate from the Imperial Humans native to the Eastern Plains, with other races of note being the bear-men known as Kôrhusn, the ancient fish-people named Orayu and the near extinct Natelevarí Elves.

Dhazan the Marauder King was a Dalmiric man of unparalleled strength who lived nearly 700 years before the New Age. * WhatHappenedToTheMouse: He hasn't been seen following the events of ''The Black Wave'', and Ndrhthryr isn't really sure if he managed to kill it.

He almost destroyed the Dalmiric Kingdom with an army of undead, though he was eventually vanquished by Imperator Kalarah and Lord Akharav, who saw him as a threat to their positioning in the world.
