** In the anime, she's a very serious villain with incompetent henchmen that are ''[[OhCrap shit scared]]'' of her with good reason, and essentially causes the season to take a MoodWhiplash whenever she appears.

* MulticoloredHair: According to official illustrations and concept art, Galaxia's long hair starts off golden orange and gradually shifts to a bright red midway through its length. It's not noticeable at all in the manga due to its pages being mainly greyscale, and even on the colored covers only the golden orange part is visible (though obfuscated by her similarly golden-colored headgear, within which it's all bundled up). The anime shows it much more visibly, on the other hand, especially after [[spoiler:she's freed from possession by Chaos and sheds her armor]].

* OneWingedAngel: [[spoiler: In the anime, Chaos's manifestation is basically a powered-up Galaxia. With actual demonic wings and a black uniform.]]

* RedemptionEarnsLife: In the anime, [[spoiler:she survives after Sailor Moon redeems her]].

* StrawNihilist: The manga version which was convinced that the world was horrible and the life was worthless, seeking power to justify her existence through remaking the galaxy.

* AdaptationalHeroism: In the manga they're not really Sailor Guardians. They murdered the Guardians of their home planets and were given powers by Galaxia. In the anime on the other hand it's confirmed by Princess Kakyuu regarding Sailor Tin Nyanko, and by extension all of the other Animamates, that they are true Sailor Guardians who were brainwashed by Sailor Galaxia using the bracelets.
* AscendedExtra / AdaptedOut: Just like most [[QuirkyMinibossSquad Quirky Miniboss Squads]] of the anime, in the manga they were killed off extremely quickly, some within the very scene they appeared in. In the anime the first four members appear in multiple episodes. Heavy Metal Papillion on the other hand has her role completely cut.
* EvilCounterpart: In the anime, Aluminum Siren and Lead Crow are basically Usagi and Rei, but working for the bad guys. This is used to [[spoiler: explore how Rei would act if Usagi died, and Rei's death ends up resembling Siren's closely.]]

* {{Fan}}: She seems more invested in her celebrity targets in the anime by actively following their careers.

* SmugSnake: In the anime. Sometimes played for comedy, though. [[CrossesTheLineTwice Even in the episode where she dies.]]

Aluminum Siren comes from the planet Mermaid. In the manga she only appears in one scene during Act 52 where she's quickly killed off but the anime expanded her role.

* AdaptationalComicRelief: The anime turns her into a ditzy CloudCuckooLander, contrasting the deadly monster she was in the Manga.
* AdaptationalWimp: In the anime, Siren relies predominantly on her bracelets, and has no real fighting prowess. In the manga her Galactica Tsunami attack, grants her PrehensileHair which she uses to kill [[spoiler: Mercury and Jupiter]], in the anime the attack is just her throwing drink items.

* MoralityPet: To Lead Crow in the anime. [[spoiler: And she remains this even after she dies. Lead Crow's last words just before she's engulfed by a black hole are "I'm sorry, Siren."]]

* SirensAreMermaids: Despite her name she draws on Mermaid motifs: Comes from Planet Mermaid, [[spoiler: and killed Sailor Mermaid]], has an overall blue color scheme, a seashell charm on her choker, her attack, Galactia Tsunami, is water based. (In the anime it is just her throwing juice boxes and water bottles). Her anime civilian name, Reiko Aya, even contains a pun on Mermaid. She does not sing and aside from her relationship with Lead Crow, has no connection to birds.

* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: Gets killed by Galaxia the anime. In the manga, she gets killed in her first appearance.

* FauxAffablyEvil: Especially to Lead Crow in the first anime. Her directly mocking Crow [[spoiler: immediately after mocking Seiren while Galaxia killed her]] is followed by Tin Nyanko halfheartedly acting as though they're friends even as she sabotages Lead Crow's missions and [[spoiler: kills her.]]

* TheSociopath: Her BrainwashedAndCrazy persona in the anime is devoid of any empathetic qualities whatsoever.

* AdaptedOut: The only member of the Animamates to not appear in the anime

"False Sailor Guardian" used as the MonsterOfTheWeek in the fifth season of the anime. They do not exist in the manga, however, and were created as filler.
