It's initially presented a unique ability she possesses as part of her Seven Crowns privilege, but further elaboration reveals that the ability simply feeds her a massive amount of raw data from her surroundings, her brain is doing all the real work in processing it. Nevertheless, it can't make up (or perhaps is the reason) for her pitiful lack of people skills.
