Ardos is one of Greevil's two bodyguards, and is revealed at the end of the game to also be one of Greevil's sons. Goes LaughingMad and clams he'll restart the evil organization.

Is one of the four Cipher Admins. He's TheHulk of the group, and one of the most strangely dressed characters in the game. Dakim's team is composed of hard-hitters; he generally has one member of his team use Earthquake while the other member uses a damage-negating move like Detect.

** Popular fan theory (SureWhyNot) is that the intended Shadow Pokemon from Colosseum where released into the wild.

* DisappearedDad: Although, unlike the protagonists' dads in the main series, it's outright stated that he's "passed away".
** Often believed that he and Jovi are descended from Wes and Rui (Lily). This is {{Jossed}} by the fact that it takes 5 years later - Michael would have been 8 during the Shadow disaster. Or not! A lot of fans believe that Wes told everyone from ONBS to pretend it was only 5 years so Michael wouldn't think of Cipher as weaker than before, and so not to let him know that the new Snag Machine took years to develop and is still a prototype. This is supported by one fact - how could Michael not remember something that happened when he was 8?
