* AlliterativeName: Probably as a ShoutOut to Lex Luthor.
* ArchEnemy: Was this to Destroyer Duck.
* CutLexLuthorACheck: He's a great genius who could make incredible inventions, if he wasn't also criminally insane. [[spoiler:In the final issue of ''Pikappa'', after the entirety of history is rewritten, he's good and his inventions have made him an incredibly rich and respected man.]]
* DroppedABridgeOnHim: [[spoiler:Just when the reset of the timeline had made him into a good guy, he's killed unceremoniously. His weapon, however, is decisive in the defeat of Zondag.]]
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: In the final issue of ''Pikappa''. [[spoiler:He falls victim of his own gas and turns into a giant blob.]]
* MadScientist: Really smart and really crazy.
* MeaninglessVillainVictory: He managed to [[spoiler:kill Lyonard D'Aq, but he was shortly after forced to revive him]].
* OlderHeroVsYoungerVillain: Inverted. He is way older than Donald, since he was already active in the '50s.
* OmnidisciplinaryScientist: He is very skilled in various fields. WordOfGod is that he ''shouldn't'' have, but the writers made him into one to avoid having too many {{Mad Scientist}}s.
* RoguesGalleryTransplant: Once the ArchEnemy of Destroyer Duck, now a Pikappa villain.
* ShippedInShackles: When on his way to a prison in ''Pikappa'' #15.
* SlasherSmile: Almost always plastered on his face.
* WildHair: In contrast to Destroyer Duck's stiled hair.

!!Charlie Delta & Francisco de Gamma
http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/GammaDelta_7550.png

Two ex-members of the PBI, kicked out for being over-fanatical about the impossible, now out to make profit.

'''First appearance:''' Paperinik New Adventures #17 "Shooting Star"
-----
* InvestigatorImpersonation: Pose as PBI agents in their first appearance.
* TheMenInBlack: Subverted. They do look the part, though they only pretend to be part of the PBI.
* SinisterShades
* ThemeNaming: Not only are they Charlie and Gamma, but also Charlie's siblings are named Alpha and Bravo. When Gamma [[LampshadeHanging lampshaded]] it, Charlie explained that their parents are in the military intelligence, and picked their names from the [[MilitaryAlphabet NATO phonetic alphabet]], in alphabetical order. He then added that if they had younger siblings they would be Delta Delta, Echo Delta and Foxtrot Delta.

!!Tyrell Duckard
http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tyrrel_3616.png

A former high ranking TimePolice droid, one of his tasks included training newcomers at Time Ø. It's there that he met Lyla Lay and got into a romantic relationship with her. Being stuck inside a prison in the 21st century (where he was for a mission) after time travel stopped functioning would eventually drive him mad. In ''Pikappa'', his origin as well as Lyla's is more wrapped in mystery, but it would appear he was a defective creation.

'''First appearance:''' ''[=PK2=]'' #5 "End of History"
-----
* BadassLongcoat: Fancies a longcoat in ''[=PK2=]''.
* ChestBlaster: In ''Pikappa'' he can fire rockets from his, well, stomach, but still.
* EyeBeams: As demonstrated in ''[=PK2=]'', he can project lasers from his eyes capable of melting metal.
* GunsAkimbo: A gun in each hand? No problem!
* HellBentForLeather: In ''Pikappa'' he goes more for a leather jacket.
* GoMadFromTheIsolation: Years of being stuck in prison in ''[=PK2=]'' made him insane. The ''Pikappa'' version was apparently unhinged from the beginning.
* KillAllHumans: In ''[=PK2=]'', his plan is to get himself and Lyla back to Time Ø. The way he goes about it requires the extinction of all life in the timeline they find themselves in.
* KnifeNut: Likes to carry a knife in the reboot for combat reasons. He even throws it.
* PsychoForHire: In the reboot, this mad robot will take on jobs, but only if his target looks to be a challenge.
* RidiculouslyHumanRobot: Enough to be rendered mad.
* ShoutOut: His whole name being a ''Film/BladeRunner'' reference, from the Tyrell corporations and its founder, to the protagonist Rick Deckard, although in combat he's much more like [[Film/TheMatrix Neo]].
* SinisterShades: He sure wears them.
* SlasherSmile: Much so in the reboot.
* TeacherStudentRomance: Was the teacher to Lyla Lay's student back in Time Ø when he was an instructor for time cops in training.
* TimeMachine: Though the one he's equipped with in ''[=PK2=]'' isn't currently gonna do him much good.
* TimePolice: At least a former officer in ''[=PK2=]''.
* VillainOfTheWeek: He only made one appearance in the original continuity, as the villain. The same could be said for the reboot, though he did make a small return as a cameo in the very last issue.
