A cynic, unpleasant white-collared worker who often has harsh words for the schemes, thoughts, and actions of everyone around him. Originally a janitor, he moves to the DC to work as a WhiteCollarWorker in a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maquiladora maquila]].

* BookDumb: According to his teacher, Adolfo Odión, Ral has bad ortography and is not very smart.

* FriendlessBackground: According to WordOfGod, he had no friends besides Ral and Ranito.

* ADogNamedDog: A frog named Ranito (Froggy).

Negas's younger brother. A cheerful schoolboy who goes into non-sensical adventures with his best friends Keto and Ranito. He was the original main character of the Raltoon videos, until Negas proved to be a EnsembleDarkhorse, leaving Ral OutOfFocus until he stopped appearing.

* AmbiguousSituation: His exact relation to Negas. In ''Raltoon'' they're brothers, but in a 2016 interview R.A.L says they're not related and Ral is Negas' GoodCounterpart instead. Ral insists of treating him like a siblings though.

* OutOfFocus: You'd be forgiven if you didn't know that poor Ral was supposed to be the main character of R.A.L's video animations....only to get overshadowed by more popular characters like his sarcastic older brother. To the point his series got cancelled in favor of Negas. But still, the creator made an episode centered about him in 2015, to throw a bone at his fans.

Real name Rodolfo Gonzalez, Niño Ratta is 13-year-old boy who adores playing Minecraft, watching gamer bloggers and doing lame memes on the Internet. Basically an average boy. He declares himself to be the best gamer and hacker ever. Far from the truth, however, he is actually a geek who sucks at everything he does.

A flamboyant man and the manager at the maquila. He's also a shameless pervert who abuses his position to harass his male coworkers, Negas included.

* CheerfulChild: Ral is unrelentlessly despite most of the stuff that happens to him.

* BigFun: He's a big, fat and somewhat messy guy, but he helps keep the mood going with his generally laid back personality.

* ExtremeDoormat: Constantly apologizes for the smallest of things and rarely stands up for himself.

* NiceGuy: His main flaw is that he tries very hard to be likeable to every person he meets. Even to his BadBoss Paulo (who calls him ''"My Exploitable Bitch Number 1"''). Hell, when he was a child he became from an athletic jock to a slobbish otaku because a vendor claimed that people would like him more that way!

* SlaveToPR: Wants to be liked by everyone, which results in him going along with everyone's whims.
