* DefrostingIceQueen: Despite being the most antagonistic character, she becomes nice in the last two episodes, at the end of season 3. Even before that, there are a few hints that she's not evil deep down.
* FreudianExcuse: It's later revealed that Nausica is such a CompetitionFreak because she grew up with an abusive mother, a famous woman who has always criticized Nausica for being "ugly" and talentless. Even Bianca feels sorry for Nausica after meeting her mother.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Nobody likes her, but the main cast keeps her around because she is part of their class group.
* GreenEyedMonster: Very antagonistic towards Maggie and Bianca because she's jealous of their talent and popularity.
