* FascistButInefficient: While Speer's Reforms did make Germany into a functional state, his successors failed to govern with the same prowess as him. 30 years later, the German economy has been stagnant since the late 90s, while Germany's defeat in the Second West Russian War as well as the ongoing conflict in the Caucasus led to an excess in military spending, all of this while Germany's leaders have become all too alienated from the needs of the populace.

* InternalReformist: Maier is a technocrat, and will try to reform Germany into an efficient economic superpower to surpass the United States.
* TeethClenchedTeamwork: Maier has to compromise with anti-Reform figures like Haider and Günzel in order to secure power.

* DragonWithAnAgenda: Haider isn't a reformist like Maier, and his only real goal is climbing high enough to usurp the Reich Chancellery and become Germany's sole leader.

* CrowdPleaser: While other NSDAP members would prefer not to come in contact with the public too much, Haider is an ardent populist. His openness with the public as Gauleiter as well as his distance from wider party politics have led to him earning the love of many common citizens.
* OpportunisticBastard: Haider's political positions fluctuate to whatever benefits him, and he is really only out for power.
* TheConspiracy: The Brown House Circle led by Haider is a clique of disaffected Gauleiters and other party members made with the goal of undermining Maier's rule and eventually ousting him.

* NumberTwo: As minister of the economy, Solms is extremely important to Maier's plans and becomes his closest advisor.

* OldSoldier: Günzel is one of the oldest generals in the Wehrmacht, and has taken part in several anti-partisan operations in Russia as well as the Second West Russian War and, more recently, the Caucasus War.

* {{Workaholic}}: Wolf is a hard worker, having dedicated most of his life to his job at the Reich Foreign Office. As Maier's top diplomat, Wolf still carries his work ethic, making him one of the more experienced members of the cabinet.
* TheSpock: Wolf is an extremely practical man, not allowing himself to be driven by emotions and willing to take extreme approaches so long as they suit German interests.

* ConspiracyTheorist: Maaßen believes the United States is a nation run by a "Jewish mafia", and Germany is the only nation in the world that is free from Jewish influence.
