* TheUnfavorite: This movie actually addresses how unfairly Daffy is treated by literally everyone (including Bugs himself) despite the fact that he is a popular and beloved character.
** A very subtle example that demonstrates this in the movie is the Queen of Diamonds card; Daffy manages to keep it safe during the chaos at Area 52 and gives it back to DJ with no hassle. Neither Kate nor Bugs comment on it and brush it off completely while DJ simply takes it without so much as a "thank you". However, when Bugs manages to keep the card safe from Elmer Fudd in Paris (despite the fact that at this point it's not even needed for the plot anymore), Hypocrite Kate reacts as though something huge has happened and DJ openly expresses his gratitude with an impressed thank you. The only difference is that Bugs is the one who kept the card safe, not Daffy. No wonder he's so fed up.

A young man who works as a Warner Bros. security guard. He escorted a recently-fired Daffy off the premises, after which the bratty duck followed him home. He is also the son of super-spy Damian Drake, whose cryptic request to find the "Blue Monkey" diamond kickstarts the plot.

* AntiNepotism: Inverted. He's determined to obtain his dream job as a stuntman with effort, not his father's name.
* CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass: Regardless of his lack of success, he is quite physically capable, knocking out several 'toons in Vegas long enough to escape and using the environment against them.
* FailedAttemptAtDrama: Upon finding the Blue Monkey, he gazes at it and says emotionally, "Dad...this is for you." Then it shoots a ray at him that turns him into a monkey.
* YouSaidYouWouldLetThemGo: He reluctantly trades the Blue Monkey for his father's freedom. Mr. Chairman being the jackass he is, it doesn't work out.

A egoistical 'toon who's starred in Looney Tunes productions for years- usually as a stooge to make Bugs look better. He was fired after a particularly ill-timed outburst in the studio boardroom, and promptly invited himself along on Damian's quest to find the Blue Monkey.
----
* EntitledBastard: Within minutes of breaking into Damian's house, he's breaking trophies and eating goldfish.
* LaserGuidedKarma: He gave the studio an ultimatum: him, or Bugs. He wasn't prepared to actually go through with it, not that the people firing him cared.
* IronButtmonkey: Like all 'toons, damage means almost nothing to him and is never permanent. This is why Damien is unable to throw Daffy out of his house- the 'toon just squeezes back in through a gap.
* JerkassHasAPoint: It may not be real, but decades of being shot/blasted/beaten up for the amusement of others is bound to take a toll. And- as the Warner Bros. quickly realize- Daffy is invaluable to the studio, and his work does deserve recognition.

An brusque businesswoman who is, ironically, Warner Bros' Vice-President of Comedy. She was tasked with rehiring Daffy, a task which she soon learns will be much more difficult- and dangerous- than she thought.
----
* DefrostingIceQueen: She's not cruel, she just doesn't care much for people. (This is visually lampshaded early in the film: a handshake from her leaves Daffy's hand coated in ice.) The quest forces her to bond with people outside of work, after which she becomes more appreciative of their abilities.
* FishOutOfWater: She in particular hates being stranded in the desert, without the luxuries or subordinates she's accustomed to.
* TookALevelInBadass: As the plot goes on, her comfort zone grows. In the penultimate jungle scenes, she's almost enthusiastic about hardships that would've made her earlier self throw a fit.

A 'toon who enjoys the lap of luxury as one of Warner Bros' most popular creations. Despite this, he is upset when Daffy is fired, and follows Kate on the quest so that he can convince him to come back. Also because he thinks it's funny.
----
* TheGadfly: He does what gets laughs, on-screen or off. Occasionally he pushes his coworkers too far, but it's out of ignorance, not spite.
* InnocentlyInsensitive: He rejects all Kate's suggestions on how to modernize him. Understandably so- he does have more experience of what makes people laugh- but he doesn't even try to understand that her job is more fragile than his, and could very well hinge on getting him to cooperate.
** Similarly, he has difficulty understanding that Daffy's work has been much more humiliating than his own.

The [=ACME=] corporation's villainous leader, who seeks the Blue Monkey so he can use it to enslave mankind.
----
* BalefulPolymorph: His ultimate punishment for trying to inflict the same transformation on everybody else.

A film star who is also, unbeknownst to his son, an experienced super-spy. He was captured while seeking out the Blue Monkey, but managed to leave an emergency message asking his son for help.
----
* GoodParents: He warmly hugs the younger Damien upon their reunion, and trusted him to keep the Blue Monkey out of the wrong hands.

A spy undercover as a Vegas singer.
----
* AllAmazonsWantHercules: She wants to have kids someday, but laments how difficult it is to find a man with advanced weapons training.

An eccentric woman who leads the Area 52 research site.
----
* MadScientist: "This isn't about the giant ants, is it? Because they're not really ants...anymore."

A canary 'toon who lives next door to the Drakes.
----
* ChekhovsGunman: He and Granny appear in a brief gag near the beginning of the movie, and just in time to save the protagonists when they get lost in a jungle many scenes later.
