Haruka explicitly knows Oda is probably one of the most dangerous people around if he really gets pushed to act.

* AmbiguousDisorder: His internal narration and his odd behavior would strongly indicate he's somewhere on the autism spectrum. His actions are very, very ritualistic, he can't correctly interpret information unless he receives it in a specific way, that is completely counter-intuitive, and he tends to just.. stop and enter his own little world, like a toy with gears that aren't meshing correctly, where one is just spinning wildly while the others stand still, until it catches and he starts up again, and if his classmates find him in that state, he is completely unresponsive until they yell at him, at which point he snaps out of it, offended that they yelled at him for no reason he can comprehend. Since he is never officially diagnosed, the actual state of his mental health is anybody's guess.
