A person wearing the costume of the titular mascot of the fast-food restaurant Wally's, who is worshipped by the village built around the restaurant due to being their only source of food.

** His rig is referred to by the EWC villagers as the ''Devil's Machine''.

* TragicDream: The only thing Brad really wants to do is to be the father his dad never was for Buddy as a means of redeeming himself after contributing (unwillingly) to Lisa's abuse and failing to stop it from eventually driving Lisa to suicide. Brad is however just not fit to be a parent. He is regularly neglectful, letting Rick, Sticky, and Cheeks handle her care most of the time. Sets a terrible example by almost always being high or drunk around Buddy. And he can be quite emotionally distant and verbally abusive without even really meaning to. In summary, Brad's dream is simply impossible to achieve because he as a person is simply not fit to fulfill it.
** According to Dingaling, Brad would have liked to get married, but didn't think he deserved it.

* HeroicSacrifice: [[spoiler: If Terry is present at the final battle, he reluctantly puts [[FireForgedFriends his love for Brad]] aside to protect Buddy. He seems to be aware that this will end in his death but he faces it with remarkable clarity.]]

** Some of his early hint moves are no slouch either. Verbal bash can induce crying and/or pissed on an enemy (the former decreasing hit accuracy, and the latter slightly increasing critical chances but make the enemy randomly attack his teammates or himself), and hyped up can induce rage on an ally (significantly increasing the chances of performing critical hits), which is great to use on Brad and other hard and/or rapid hitting allies.

* MagikarpPower: Terry's final move is one of the strongest in the game and can turn him into a LethalJokeCharacter, but until he learns it he's almost useless.
** He's also unique in Brad's Gang in that all of his stats increase exponentially rather than linearly, meaning that he'll be improving much faster at level 20 than level 1. Also helps that he learns the Hottest Dance (does a lot of normal damage, on top of inducing fire), and the final cheer (which almost fully heals an ally, but has a chance to induce crying).

** As a {{Foreshadow}}, he can be seen in the prologue if you go past Marty's house, although he wear different clothing and sunglasses and has a goatee, which makes hard to recognize him at first glance.

A mysterious man in a brightly colored polka-dot shawl who can be found at several points in the game, playing a trumpet in inaccessible locations. He's actually Dr. Yado, the scientist responsible for Joy and the Great White Flash as well as the biological father of Buddy.
