A small, gray and white, mustached experiment with four arms, a chef's hat for a head, and a spatula for a tail. He is designed to use his SuperSpeed to instantly prepare food or whip up a mini-tornado in battle. Stitch tried to cover him up (to muffle his buzzing, though) and keep him away from others to no avail, as Fibber could still hear Pleakley's lies. Heck, Fibber could still hear Pleakley lying to his mother in the latter and Jumba's bedroom while being in Lilo and Stitch's bedroom.

* BalloonBelly: He has people eat his meals until they are shaped like giant bowling balls.

* GratuitousFrench: The only French word and phrases he ever spoke are the stereotypical ones most familiar to English speakers.

* X-032: Fibber -- A small orange experiment with a small body, small arms and legs, a large head with a dark orange mark on the forehead, little antennae, a little mouth, a round nose, black eyes and four ears. He is a LivingLieDetector who, when someone tells a lie, beeps loudly and the pattern on his forehead lights up. The bigger the lie, the louder he beeps, and the brighter the pattern lights up. Fibber was captured by Gantu, but rescued by Lilo and Stitch in "Snafu". He was also part of Pleakley's E.A.R.W.A.X. group in "Spike", which was a mistake in the episode's production since he was captured by Gantu at the time; Creator/JessWinfield would later claim that "Spike" takes place after "Snafu" to cover up the production error. * X-009: Pop -- A small orange and caramel-colored monkey/Cannonball (520)-like experiment with two pink orbs on the top of his head with three stubby multi-colored antennae. He has a white face and stomach and a small red nose, as well as green markings on his rear and back. His tail is a pump which he uses to blow up pink balloons which reform on his tail after they pop. He is designed to use his tail to blow up a balloon to the size of the room he is in, then popping the balloon, discombobulating those involved near the explosion of the balloon and causing frizzy hair.
