The "Rooster" of the 12 Executives who's a well-mannered yet vicious invader who views himself as a "god." Peltrola took advantage of the grief and confusion of the humans during the war, having a cult that revered him and his race as "gods", and delivering them "salvation" through death. Peltrola has multiple wings, a robe and a halo of crystals on top of his head.

The footsoldiers were under the belief that all the Executives were axed off during the one-year war with humanity, but it eventually turns out that there's a few remaining Executives still alive and hiding amongst humanity to push forward their own agendas, the latter being something that Footsoldier D doesn't appreciate as it means that the Executives abandoned their loyal footsoldiers, thus pitting D against them as well.
