One of the Executives from the Evil Kaijin Army, currently unnamed. According to D, he was different from the other four in-command, having a calmer side, seemingly wishing for his race to just be and feel free to do whatever they want. While not detailed, his current silhouette depicts a figure with long, messy light-colored hair.

When on the brink of death, Yakushi says Executives are able to use what remains of their power to send their mind into a nearby human and [[GrandTheftMe use them as a vessel to revive]]. The twelve strongest members of the Kaijin Army. The footsoldiers were under the belief that all the Executives were axed off during the one-year war with humanity, but it eventually turns out that there's a few remaining Executives still alive and hiding amongst humanity to push forward their own agendas, the latter being something that Footsoldier D doesn't appreciate as it means that the Executives abandoned their loyal footsoldiers, thus pitting D against them as well.
