* TortureTechnician: [[BlackComedy Hilariously]], she is ''really'' good at this. Granted, the only person she tortures is [[AssholeVictim Dodd]], but all the same, she bruises and humiliates him in ways that would impress even Hanzee if he saw it first-hand. From repeated electrocutions, to mutilation, to stabbing, [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking to force-feeding him beans]], she came closer than anyone else to breaking him, and if nothing else, she at the very least annihilated his dignity and manhood.

* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Poor Peggy is...not exactly what you'd call well in the head. While she is very friendly and quite quirky, one quickly notices she has a ''serious'' problem with prioritizing things in her life, is narcissistic without meaning to be, repeatedly makes poor choices with even poorer rationalizations, has trouble differentiating reality from fiction, is ''fiercely'' single-minded, while not outright a [[TheSociopath sociopath]] she regardless has trouble empathizing with other people, and frequently experiences extremely vivid hallucinations. All signs point to moderate-to-severe schizophrenia, which only gets worse as her life becomes more and more stressful. Hank notices this pretty quickly after a short conversation with her, and while Lou ''wanted'' to hate her after everything that happened, to his horror it slowly dawns on him that she is a very ill woman after he's arrested her.

* DoomMagnet: Peggy has an almost supernatural ability to stir epic-scale shitstorms around her, as virtually every (poor) decision she makes only serve to cause further havoc. Her actions ultimately culminate in the Sioux Falls massacre, which continued to haunt Lou well into his retirement.
