Dark Skinned Redhead is no longer a trope

* DarkSkinnedRedhead: While only a little bit of her hair is actually red (and pretty clearly not natural), her personality certainly seems to fit the trope.

* LightningBruiser: An unusually literal example: She is incredibly strong and fast, and actually [[ShockAndAwe aguments her attacks with electricity]].

Moving from Characters.Evil. Main edits were done by Funky Purple Duck and one by Tropers/mlsmithca, with Tropers/amathieu13 only removing a Bald Of Awesome wick since that was a TRS-d.

Added DiffLines:

!'''Trevor Savage'''

The main character of E.V.I.L., a slacker with no ambition that somehow not only got admitted to the most prestigious [[WackyCollege University]] [[AcademyOfEvil of villainy]], but also received a full ride scholarship. He would probably already be dead by now if not for Gabriel's constant help and guidance.

* BuffySpeak: Falls into this occasionally.
-->'''Trevor:''' I'll, like, uh... hit you so hard that you won't not talk goodly no more!
* ButtMonkey: He is pretty much always the victim of any situation he finds himself in.
* Cloudcuckoolander: Amongst other things, he never considered it odd that he got a full ride scholarship, and he read "Do Not Push Button" as "Doughnut: Push Button."
* FishOutOfWater: Pretty much the whole point of his character is that he doesn't belong at this school at all.
* HotBloodedSideburns: Completely subverted. Despite his impressive chops, Trevor is about as laid-back as one can be.
* IdiotHero: Not the sharpest crayon in the box, and the closest thing the series has to a hero.
* LazyBum: He only accepted the scholarship at E.V.I.L. because he didn't want to have to get a job.
* LoserProtagonist: He's incredibly lazy, not terribly bright, and gets taken advantage of and injured constantly.
* MinionWithAnFInEvil: Trevor is pretty much the bottom of the villanois barrell, partly because of his laziness, but also partially because he just doesn't seem to get how to be an effective badguy.
* TheSlacker: His defining characteristic, and the only reason he's even attending E.V.I.L. (to avoid getting a job).
* UnfazedEveryman: For an average guy, Trevor doesn't seem to be that put off by being surrounded by mad scientists, assasssins, wizards, etc.
* TheWatson: The audience tends to get a lot of valuable exposition because things have to be explained to Trevor.

!'''Gabriel Caine'''

The {{Deuteragonist}}, Gabriel befriends Trevor and takes him under his wing from Day 1. Majoring in masterminding, Gabriel is a schemer who always seems to be one step ahead of his enemies.

* BadassInANiceSuit: Unlike most examples, Gabriel's is a bit more casual, with an unbottoned collar and loose tie.
* BelligerentSexualTension: Possibly with Jezebel. The two are extremely spiteful towards each other, and Trevor isn't surprised to discover that they used to date.
* BloodIsTheNewBlack: The first time we see Gabriel's secret lair, he's covered in blood, which he assures Trevor isn't his. [[http://www.evil.thecomicseries.com/comics/14 "Well, not most of it.]]
* CheshireCatGrin: Most of the time. It's even noted in [[AllThereInTheManual Gabriel's Secret Files]].
-->Always smiling, because verything is always going according to plan.
* TheChessMaster: So far, he has proven to be in near complete control of every situation. Even the fight between Kahn and Shiva is later revealed to be something he planned.
* CrazyPrepared: In his first appearance, he reveals he has arranged to have increminating photos of Jezebel uploaded onto Tumblr if anything "unfortunate" happens to him.
* DiabolicalMastermind: In fact, Masterminding is literally his major.
* EvilGenius: The comic's prime example.
* EvilLaugh: Best illustrated [[http://www.evil.thecomicseries.com/comics/16 here]]
* GuileHero: Villainous example. He appears to prefer not getting directly involved in most matters, instead pulling strings to get the results he wants.
* ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice: Happens to him in a [[http://www.evil.thecomicseries.com/comics/36/ flashback]]. He got better, apparently.
* NameOfCain: His last name.
* OddlyVisibleEyeBrows: While this applies to most characters to some degree, it is especially noticeable on Gabriel, due to the white outlines of his jet-black hair against the eyebrows.
* PerpetualSmiler: As noted above, he nearly always wears a CheshireCatGrin, although at times it can border on SlasherSmile.
* PetTheDog: While it is implied he has ulterior motives, thus far he has been consistantly nice to Trevor with no apparent gain.
* TakeOverTheWorld: Played straight and somewhat subverted. He reveals to Trevor that he does indeed intend to take over the world eventually, but for now he's just focusing on taking over the university.
* WeCanRuleTogether: At the end of the 1st semester, he says this to Trevor.
-->'''Gabriel:''' Together we can rule as friend and... uh, OTHER friend!

!'''Vincent Kahn'''

Trevor's R.A., a surprisingly friendly and jovial fellow despite his appearance and the fact that he is literally majoring in Asskicking.

* AffablyEvil: Despite getting paid to beat people up, Kahn is unmistakeably the nicest, most congenial character in the series.
* BerserkButton: Hitting on his girlfriend appears to be one. [[spoiler:...except not really. It later becomes evident that he just used it as an excuse to start a fight.]]
* BigFun: Loves to party and have a good time.
* TheBigGuy: Tall, broad, and physically powerful.
* BruiserWithASoftCenter: He may get paid to beat the crap out of people on a regular basis, but he's actually a really nice guy, and clearly has a soft spot for Trevor in particular.
* FunetikAksent: His British accent is rendered this way.
* GentleGiant: He's massive and incredibly dangerous, but unless he's been hired to do a job, he's pretty chill.
* GoodScarsEvilScars: Over his left eye. It's not clear how he got it, but it's still bright red (although that is likely just due to the art style) and left the eye fully intact.
* ImprovisedWeapon: Uses a beer keg as a weapon in his fight with Shiva.
* KavorkaMan: While not exactly ugly, he's definitely heavyset and has a large, noticeable facial scar. Despite this, he seems quite popular with the ladies.
* LastNameBasis: Everyone calls him Kahn. His first name has yet to actually be used by anyone in the comic proper.
* MadeOfIron: Was impaled in the stomache by a piece of rebar when Omega House collapsed, and [[MajorInjuryUnderreaction bareley seemed to notice]].
* MrViceGuy: Loves women and booze.
* NiceGuy: Easily the nicest character in the series.
* SuperStrength: Quite possibly, according to [[AllThereInTheManual Gabriel's secret files]]. He did pick up a keg and use it as an improvised weapon, although it's not clear how full it was.
* WhatTheHellHero: Trevor calls him out on taking a contract to beat him up. [[spoiler:However, Kahn reveals this was to prevent Jezebel from hiring someone who would have hurt him much worse.]]
* WouldntHitAGirl: At first. When Shiva doesn't relent, however, he [[WouldHitAGirl steps up]].

!'''Shiva Crimson'''

An assassination major, Shiva is a friend of Gabriel's who often does favors for him in exchange for help with her coursework. She is very brash and impulsive, and seems to enjoy fighting [[BloodKnight a little too much]].

* AmbiguouslyBrown: She's noticeably darker than any character besides Kahn, but her actual ethnicity is unclear.
* BadassLongcoat: Part of her standard outfit.
* BloodKnight: It's implied that she could easily take out most foes before they even know what's happening, but prefers to take them head on because she loves a good fight.
* BoobsOfSteel: The most physically powerful character, as well as the most generously endowed.
* DarkActionGirl: The only action-oriented character besides Kahn, and they seem to be pretty evenly matched.
* DarkSkinnedRedhead: While only a little bit of her hair is actually red (and pretty clearly not natural), her personality certainly seems to fit the trope.
* KnuckleCracking: This signifies when she is about to [[http://www.evil.thecomicseries.com/comics/29 get serious]].
* LightningBruiser: An unusually literal example: She is incredibly strong and fast, and actually [[ShockAndAwe aguments her attacks with electricity]].
* ShockAndAwe: As noted above, she has some kind of electrical powers, which she seems to use exclusively to augment her attacks.
* StatuesqueStunner: Easily qualifies, standing six fee tall.
* TomboyishPonytail: An incredibly long and rather messy one.

!'''Jezebel Starr'''

Gabriel's ex-girlfriend, a Manipulation major with a mean streak. She is the closest thing the series has to an antagonist in the first chapter.

* AlphaBitch: Of the college variety.
* BareYourMidriff: Nearly all of her [[UnlimitedWardrobe many outfits]] expose her midsection.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: In her initial appearance, she appears sweet and friendly... for about ten seconds, before revealing how malicious she truly is.
* BreakTheHaughty: She and Gabriel seem to have an ongoing competition to see who can do this to the other.
* EvilIsPetty: It's revealed that she [[spoiler:hired Kahn to beat up Trevor]] for no other reason than to "get back" at Gabriel.
* MaleGaze: The first we see of her is a close-up of her rear end. Her second appearance has a nearly identical shot.
* MsFanservice: Likes to dress in revealing outfits, and deliberately uses her sex appeal to her advantage at every opportunity.
* NoodleIncident: Gabriel blackmails her with evidence of the "waffle incident." No further details are ever revealed.
* RichBitch: According to [[AllThereInTheManual Gabriel's secret files]], she is the heiress to a wealthy family.
* UnlimitedWardrobe: Whereas most characters have a [[LimitedWardrobe single outfit]] that they were most or all of the time, Jezebel is wearing something different in every scene she appears in so far.
* TheVamp: Though frequently referred to as a FemmeFatale, she more accurately embodies this trope.
* WomanScorned: Nearly every action she has taken thus far in the comic's run has been out of pure spite for Gabriel.
