* HealThyself: Her new ability Code: Recovery, where she can extract energy from MP to gain HP. This ability will grant additional effects after Eve advances to her 1st Job class.
** Code: Exotic's Code: Recovery will be upgraded to "Trick Key". She gain better ability of gliding.
** Code: Architecture's Code: Recovery will be upgraded to "Attention". She can gather all of her summoned units. If there are no summon unit, [[ReducedManaCost the next summon skill's MP usage will be halved]].
** Code: Electra's Code: Recovery will be upgraded to "Breaker". [[ArmorPiercingAttack She can break shields easily when her attacks passing through a Force Field]].
** Code: Unknown's Code: Recovery will be upgraded to "Awake". When Eve uses certain skills in this class, she suffers various debuffs due to accessing buggy code. [[AntiDebuff Awake purges the bugs, and the debuffs with them]].

* LongRangeFighter: As Code: Electra, having developed lasers to attack from afar.

* MrFanservice: Very noticeable in his second jobs. "Blade Master" looks sophisticated and handsome. "Reckless Fist" and "Veteran Commander" gives him a bad-boy look. Suitable for different type of fans of any gender.

* SkillGateCharacter: His difficulty is always listed as "easy" for all of his advancements, and as such his combos and skills are simple but powerful; average characters, however, may find them easy to predict and counter. He also suffers from his not-so-great reach. On the other hand, he's an example of the "inverted bell learning curve" - once one masters his skills and know when to strike and what to strike with, he becomes a true force to be reckoned with.

* ArcherArchetype: She's more {{friendly|Sniper}} than {{cold|Sniper}}, but she fits many of the other descriptions. She isn't so terrible up close, though. This trope is played straighter with her Daybreaker class line.

* DropTheHammer: One of Void Princess' combos turn her staff into this. After a patch, every time she attacks with the staff, said staff turns into a hammer.
