Spiritual Successor is a trope about a work generally being seen as resembling another work. Specific elements should go to Shout Out, Expy or other tropes.

* BlindSeer: Certainly inspired by the same archetype that would influence her {{Spiritual Successor}}s, the Fire Keepers. A MysteriousWaif who knows a lot more about the world than one might assume, and who guides the hero on their journey. And her eyes are, of course, covered by wax.
