Ambiguous Disorder has been renamed to Diagnosed By The Audience and now belongs in YMMV. In Universe examples don't belong.

* AmbiguousDisorder: It is stated that Samuel suffers from some form of mental illness that is also a TitleDrop, called "Daymare Syndrome" which seems to be vivid and disturbing Hallucinations, headaches, and implied aggression, it seems to be a common enough illness that he regularly has to take medication for. Turns out said mental illness was caused by Hexacore who was using him (and many others) as an experiment. Even worse is that his wife was apart of it.

* CaptainErsatz: Of HUNK from ''Franchise/ResidentEvil''.

to:

There isn’t much info on the H.A.D.E.S. (Hexacore Advanced Division for Extraction and Search) special agent, codename Liev. Most probably he was born in Russia and has a Russian military record. Follows orders and procedures without any care about their consequences or collateral damage. The mission is his creed. Perfectly trained in hand-to-hand, cold weapon and firearms combat.

Raven is a Senior Pilot of the Hexacore Air Force unit called “4RG0 Delta” as well as a member of the Crimson Skulls. He used to be a NASA pilot, but was discharged after a failed mission, the details of which are highly classified. All that is known is that a comrade lost his life in action. Raven still carries marks of the accident on his skin.

Sam is a ranger of the Redcrest Mountains, where the Vermilion Forest branches out to surround Keen Sight. Like some other Keen Sight citizens, he suffers from a medical condition known as “Daymare Syndrome” that causes anxiety disorder, paranoia and hallucinations. Although not proven, there is a possible link between Samuel’s condition and the presence of the government corporation Hexacore Biogenetics in the area.

* EvilGloating: Liev is a bit too fond of gloating rather than just getting straight to the point. [[spoiler: This ends up causing Raven to mistakenly believe he was the traitor, because he's too busy bragging about how he's going to execute Sandman to state that he was the traitor. In a later confrontation he once again gloats about getting the better of Sandman instead of just shooting him, and gets his arm torn off for his trouble.]]

* NotMeThisTime: Liev is a {{Jerkass}} who's abrasive to his comrades and is a little too sadistic in silencing witnesses to be just a PunchClockVillain, but the end reveals that [[spoiler: it was Sandman who was the real traitor, and Liev was simply wrongly blamed.]]
