A mysterious person in black robe who keeps trying to sell cheat tools to other players. Turns out to be a former CEO of a rival game company to Weiss that wants to destroy the game after the popularity of [=4GO=] results in her game dropping in popularity and eventually causing her company to shut down.

* AchievementsInIgnorance: Her barter shop (which she generally accepts shiny things or things she likes as payment) somehow managed to get ahold to several extremely rare items. Arfoire and Warechu is kind of scared how she managed to do it and tries to keep distance as a result.

* IaijutsuPractitioner: Her [[LimitBreak Awakening]] has her sheathe her sword and then pull it out again, creating a ''massive'' SwordBeam.

* {{Bifauxnen}}: It's very easy to mistake her for a man at first glance.

* *ExtremeDoormat: For a majority of the story, she lets †Kuronekohime† / †Black Cat Princess† bully, manipulate, and push her around. It is implied that she had let her do this to her in a previous game as well despite †Kuronekohime† / †Black Cat Princess† showing often times that she is a ManipulativeBastard.

* HighlyVisibleNinja: Despite being in Ninja class, her play style and skills have nothing to do with the stealth.

* MagicallyIneptFighter: One of the two playable characters that doesn't have elemental or magic based skills. Unlike Rom who has a self StatusBuff, all of her skills are purely offensive.

* *ExtremeDoormat: For a majority of the story, they let †Kuronekohime† / †Black Cat Princess† bully, manipulate, and push them around. It is implied that they had let them do this to her in a previous game as well despite †Kuronekohime† / †Black Cat Princess† showing often times that they are a ManipulativeBastard

* JerkWithAHeartOfJerk: Bullies other players and in an optional cutscene says they want to dump Kiria because they are starting to find them boring and does not like others seeing them as weak whatsoever.
* Narcissist: Starts to shed her fake self and eventually shows she wants everyone to praise her and treat her like a goddess. It is heavily hinted her attitude is the reason a guild in an older game eventually disbanded was due to her toxic attitude.

Lastation's CPU Candidate, and Noire's younger sister, a person who tries very hard to live up to the standards set by her workaholic sister. An {{Otaku}} for anything related to firearms, though not the the extent Nepgear is to machines. Much like how her sister is with Neptune, Uni also has a back and forth relationship with Nepgear, though she is slightly less {{Tsundere}} about it. In this game she has taken up the Thief class.

* AllAboutMe: Starts to shed her fake self and eventually shows she wants everyone to praise her and treat her like a goddess. It is heavily hinted her attitude is the reason a guild in an older game eventually disbanded was due to her toxic attitude.

* ExoticEyeDesigns: Once again appears when they shift into their HDD forms

* ExoticEyeDesigns: When they go into their CPU forms they gain this.

As Black Heart her personality is pretty much the same, however she does tend to be a bit more aggressive in this state.

* BladeOnAStick: Her main weapon as a Dark Knight, having apparently [[RoyalRapier traded weapons with Vert]] for this installment.

* RoyalRapier: Uses this as her main weapon for the Enchanter class, which might be a not-so-subtle way of [[HeroesPreferSwords showing she's the star of this spin-off]].

* BlackMage: Purely offense-oriented, with every skill she learns being an elemental spell (of the [[KillItWithFire fire]], [[KillItWithIce ice]], [[ShockAndAwe lightning]], and [[RazorWind wind]] varieties).

Lastation's patron CPU and the one gifted with the unflattering nickname of "Lonely Heart" by Neptune. She has a very diligent, if elitist, nature and she tries to do everything by herself. Considered a lonely person due to her {{Tsundere}} personality, but the fact she often plays with the rest of the [=CPU=]s means she isn't actually that much of a loner. In this game she is a spear wielding Dark Knight, who specializes in close range combat with an emphasis on DPS.

Planeptune's patron [=CPU=] and the self-proclaimed "Main Character of Main Characters". Unusually bright and cheerful, and the most optimistic of the four goddesses. She has an odd trait that allows her to break apart any visage of seriousness in a scene or relieve the tension with little issue. In this game she has chosen to be of the Holy Knight class, which makes sense considering her high opinion of herself, and her general behavior throughout the series.

Loves to read and secretly writes in her spare time (though her attempts at selling her work don't go quite well), considers herself the most intelligent of the four goddesses. She's playing this game mostly for inspiration for her own writing, and has taken up the Cleric Class which specializes in healing and supporting the party.

Leanbox's patron [=CPU=] and arguably the most mature of the bunch, though she certainly has her moments. Is the eldest looking of the group, and gives off an aura of a big sister to the rest. Though this ironically fuels her own sorrow at not having a little sister like the rest do, and thus she attempts to make one out of any cute girl she takes a liking to. Now that she is in her favorite online game, she is secretly aiming to usurp the role of main character. In this game she is an Enchanter, a hybrid class letting her fight while also providing heals and buffs for the party.

In contrast to her older sister who drags everyone else along for the ride, she prefers to stick to the back and support others. In this game she is of the Mage class.
