A member of The Fletching and Moondrop Traveling Carnival of Curiosities known as "The Devil Toad" who was assumed to be Lizardfolk, Kylre was in fact a fiendish creature known as a Nergaliid that feeds off the life of mortal creatures.

* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: An {{InUniverse}} example. While most of the party believes Kylre was evil already, Molly isn't sure, and instead feels that Kylre might of been trying to suppress his hunger to be with Toya, but slipped up and let his hunger get ahold of him. Even still, Molly isn't sure, as never once has Kylre done what he did since he joined the Circus.
* EnemySummoner: Summoned 3 Imps when fighting the party.

* LifeDrain: Feeds off the lifeforce of other beings to sustain itself. A Nergaliid has two forms of feeding, "slow feeding", which does not result in death and usually unnoticed by the victim, and "quick feeding", which is nearly always lethal and turns those killed into zombified husks.

* ZombieApocalypse: Those killed by his "quick feeding" become zombie-like husks, and those killed by husks become more husks. The Mighty Nein thankfully slew the fiend before this got out of hand.
