A BellyDancer from Morocco who turns out to be an Israeli Intelligence Service member.

An Elite Force Agent of the Bureau, and one of the two partners assigned to the player character in the third season. He was also the one who recruited the player character at the final chapter of the Pacific Bay season. Hailing from the USA, he is known by Chief Ripley to be wild and unorthodox.

* AnimalsHateHim: This seems to be the case, since he freaks out around animals a lot and they sometimes attack him or steal his things.

** He also doesn't take too kindly to Lars being in danger. [[spoiler: The suspects of Case 21]] found this out the hard way, and even Lars himself wasn't safe when [[spoiler:he threatens suicide.]]

* BoomHeadshot: Offs [[spoiler:Sarah Bennett, a SOMBRA lieutenant]] with one.

* CharacterizationMarchesOn: Initially shown to be charming and suave, if a little wild, Jack becomes more and more immature and unprofessional halfway through the storyline, to the point that his ButtMonkey attributes almost overrides his other characteristics.

* {{Foil}}: To his best friend, Lars. Both are fun-loving characters who love to crack jokes, and both have to deal with [[spoiler:being betrayed by their significant other.]] However, while Jack is an impulsive DitzyGenius who reacts angrily to his problems, Lars is much kinder, mellow and smarter, and is rarely ever seen showing anger.
* GreenEyedMonster: After [[spoiler:Asal breaks up with him]], he becomes increasingly envious of Marina and Jonah's budding relationship, and when he gets drunk in Case 42, his jealousy shows through his words to them.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: He's very good friends with Lars, to the point that he stayed by Lars' bedside when the latter got sick, while Angela and the player goes to look for a cure. [[spoiler:This bond becomes completely unbreakable after Angela's arrest, as he is now the only one left for Lars.]]

* HypocriticalHumor: Blasts a suspect in Case 39 who wears his sunglasses indoors and wears an open shirt to expose his chest. When the player characters points out how this applies to Jack, he refuses to acknowledge it.

* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: To {{LetsPlay}}er [=PitchingAce88=], even more-so than Trevor Finn in Season 2. They have the same age, come from the same area, and even sport similar hairstyles. Also, Ace often goes by the nickname as "Ace Charming", which describes one of Jack's personality traits.

* ShipperOnDeck: He makes a bet with Nebet that Theo will talk to Zara [[spoiler:resulting in Nebet encouraging Theo to talk to her]].

The Bureau's Elite Force Detective, and the other partner that the player can have in Season 3. Like Jack, she also comes from the USA, where she used to work as an Investigative journalist and won a Pulitzer Prize for her news coverage on a war in Yemen.

** Jonah Karam is a huge one for her during the Bureau's time in the Sahara, [[spoiler:because he was a hit-man who nearly killed her back in Russia.]]

** When stuck in TheSixties, Marina gets very annoyed when her Lev Romanov, her grandfather, is pinned as a suspect, and more so when she's refused the chance of seeing him.

* HairTriggerTemper: This is especially evident whenever her mother or grandfather are involved.
* HypnoPendulum: How she makes Cleopatra forget about [[spoiler:Nebet]] and the prophecy she told her.

* OutOfFocus: The member of T.I.M.E. with the least screentime in ''Travel in Time'', only getting the spotlight in the 1960's then fading into the background. Her profiling is so underutilized for the rest of the season that she might as well not have been there at all.

* {{Omniglot}}: He can speak virtually any language, including extinct ones. Gameplay wise, Armand is the person sought out when the team needs something translated.
* RamblingOldManMonologue: The oldest member of the Bureau, and frequently drones on about the history and cultural significance of every clue he comes across. The others considers him a bore, and would impatiently interrupt his long-winded speeches, especially when they're pressed for time.

A South Korean scientist working as The Bureau's coroner. A winner of the Nobel Prize of Biology. Married to Lars.

* LackOfEmpathy: [[spoiler:In the finale, she nearly blows up the Bureau and seriously injures Jonah, then doesn't understand why Lars is angry at her. Later on, when Dupont is dying from a gunshot wound, she says that he was too old to be of use to the Bureau anyway.]]
* MamaBear: Extremely protective towards her daughters, and threatens to charge K-POP star [=SILVERee=] when she found one of her missing girls hanging out with him. She also snaps at Chieko Tsukada for giving her girls a crossbow, causing the latter to run away in tears.
* MissingMom: [[spoiler:She becomes this to the triplets after she was sentenced to life imprisonment.]]
* MyMasterRightOrWrong: Even though she disagrees with many of their methods, [[spoiler:her loyalty remains with SOMBRA. This serves as a contrast to Michelle Zuria, who defects from SOMBRA when she realizes that they've gone too far in their increasing use of child recruits.]]

* NeverMyFault: She blames the player character [[spoiler:for taking her girls and Lars away from her, which is why she's okay with blowing up the Bureau in the final mission.]] At no point does Angela consider herself responsible.

* WouldntHurtAChild: Despite being a [[spoiler:ruthless killer who is willing to commit murder and almost blew up the Bureau]], harming children is a no-no for her.

An Australian scientist who works as the Forensics Expert for the bureau, when he's not blowing up stuffs with his experiments. Married to Angela.

* BewareTheNiceOnes: He's friendly and cheerful, and also the one who [[spoiler:holds Asal at gunpoint for taunting the Bureau for their recent failures.]]

* CloudCuckooLander: Lars is very quirky, to say the least. He likes to behave like a rock star, and blow stuffs up. In the AI of Case 7, he interrupts Jack's conversation with the player to show them a mummified orange, which Jack remarked is "weird, even for [him]".
* DrivenToSuicide: [[spoiler:After Angela is arrested for being TheMole, Lars eventually shows up at work completely drunk and with a knife to his throat. Jack has to end up TalkingDownTheSuicidal]].

** He is also one to his wife, Angela. Both are good scientists who care deeply for children, especially their own. While Lars is BrilliantButLazy and cracks jokes on the job, Angela is more professional and tends to take her job more seriously. Furthermore, [[spoiler:Lars is a WideEyedIdealist while Angela's cynicism stems from being in SOMBRA since childhood.]]

* HeroicBSOD: He went through depression when [[spoiler:his beloved wife betrayed The Bureau and was sentenced to life in prison for murder and conspiracy]]. Chief Ripley puts him on leave so that he can spend time with his children.

* ManChild: Ingrid chastises him for acting like a child when he came up to Jack with the aforementioned mummified orange.

* MoodSwinger: When it's discovered that [[spoiler:there's a SOMBRA mole in the Bureau]], he spends most of the Kenya case singing happily and drinking too much coffee, then the case right after has him acting sad about who the mole might be. He goes back to being this when [[spoiler:said mole is revealed to be his own wife.]]
* MoralityPet: [[spoiler:For Angela, who turns out to be the Bureau mole. Despite her loyalty to SOMBRA, she truly loves Lars and their children.]]
* MythologyGag: The "Lone Roses" T-Shirt he's wearing refers to the fictional band introduced in The University district of Grimsborough.

** For a while after [[spoiler:Angela's arrest]], he is prone to lashing out and engaging in self-destructive behavior.

** When Asal appears in Case 46 (after having broken up with Jack), he loses it and [[spoiler:tries to arrest her himself]], claiming that it was to protect Jack.

* {{Determinator}}: Never, ever stops helping the Bureau find new leads on SOMBRA. Even [[spoiler:getting kidnapped for it]] didn't hinder this one bit.

* ImprobableAge: At 17 years old, Elliot is the youngest team mate the player ever has, and probably should have no business working with the police forces, let alone the world's top agency.

* SpoiledBrat: Mentions that his parents give him loads of money, which presumably explains his own lack of respect on other people's paychecks, and his generally smug attitude.

* BigDamnHeroes: For an ex-hitman, he certainly does a lot of last minute life-saving act.

* CharacterTics: Her habit of checking her nails. Revealed she did that since her childhood.

* GoodCostumeSwitch: Upon joining The Bureau, her outfit changes from black suspenders and a white necklace to blue suspenders and a multi coloured necklace. Also shows a symbol of her CharacterDevelopment as she warms up to The Bureau.
* IconicItem: Her outfit, a peach shirt with blue suspenders [[spoiler:that she dons after being hired by the Bureau]]. The player can wear a copy of it after Case 48.

* TookALevelInKindness: Becomes a lot warmer as she reveals herself to be X and becomes a member of the Bureau. As your partner, she is a lot more soft spoken and shows real loyalty to the team and player.

* ScaryBlackMan: In his very first appearance, he wasted no time to tell the killer that, under the British Law, they would be beheaded for murdering a member of a Royal family, before very brusquely sentencing them with a 10-year imprisonment.

* AmicableExes: Develops into this. She suspected Jack of [[spoiler:being the same as Chief Ripley, who used SOMBRA as an excuse for the CIA and Mossad to meddle in foreign affairs]], a distrust that ended their relationship and made Asal distrustful of the Bureau. When she learns that Jack was just as in the dark as she was, she acknowledges her flaws and parts with Jack on much better terms.

* CombatPragmatist: She knows several styles of fighting as well as being well-trained in firearms, and can [[spoiler:create an effective bullet out of dry ice.]] It's worth noting that when she and [[spoiler:Lars]] held each other at gunpoint, Jack was worried that she might've easily killed him.

* GirlyBruiser: Her belly dancer outfit gives this vibe, but even without it, her long hair and love of cosmetics makes her very girly, and is still a vicious killer.
* MsFanservice: Asal is quite attractive, and her first appearance has her belly dancing in a scantily-clad outfit.

Lars' and Angela's six-year-old daughters, who were mentioned many times before first appearing in South Asia.

* ChildProdigy: In the first case of World Edition, one of them attempted to hot-wire Lars's motorbike, and their parents mention that they're pretty gifted.
* GenkiGirl: All three of them are energetic and curious, frequently running off to go sightseeing and playing with dangerous weapons, causing Angela to worry a lot abut their safety.
* IdenticalTwinIDTag: The three girls sports different hairstyles to distinguish them from each other: April has twin braids, May has a short bob, and June has shoulder length hair.
* TagalongKid: Lars brings them along in South Asia to spend more time with them [[spoiler: because of the guru's teachings.]] They stick around until East Asia, when [[spoiler: they start acting strangely thanks to the influences of the SOMBRA affiliates.]] At the end of that arc, they are sent to live with Lars' parents.

Ingrid's ex-husband, who contacts the Bureau for problems in Mexico. A notorious womanizer and shameless flirt.

A Russian MGB agent, who crosses path with the Bureau while they are on the hunt for the COSMORUS spy. Later returns in North America.

* AloofDarkHairedGirl: She's attractive, has long, dark hair and is cold and distant to everyone.

* BoundAndGagged: With his own tie when he's [[spoiler:Sarah Bennett's hostage.]]
* InformedFlaw: It is said that Hewitt is a poor politician. But there's no evidence of his policies other than [[spoiler:having a SOMBRA lieutenant as his Vice President.]]
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: Bears more than a passing resemblance to former President George W. Bush. He even asked the player to call him "Dubya", which is Bush's famous nicknames.

* NotGoodWithPeople: While he gets along with many animals (especially elephants), growing up as a street urchin meant that he didn't get to make any human friends before the Bureau came along, and whatever interactions he did have with people often ended badly for him. In one case, he gets upset when elephants are killed by poachers and wonders why he should care about people being killed instead.

* DarkSkinnedBlonde: Has the same complexion as Jonah, but with blonde hair.

* ClingyJealousGirl: When she digs through Jonah's history and finds another woman in a photo with him, she explodes. When the woman is revealed to be Jonah's sister though, she's clearly embarrassed about her outburst.
