Courage only manages to make him stop and become human again by showing actual kindness, both to his owners and the man the Ulcer once was by saving their lives.
* WombLevel: Because of his disgust with artists seeking only fame and superficiality, he became a tumorous ulcer and his inner body was spread across an entire theater under Hollywood, the walls becoming his flesh and his stomach now hidden under the stage to punish any new acts that displease him.
