Instead, the power and potential offered drove him mad and wicked, and he abused it to become a brutal, depraved and unstoppable tyrant until the Time Primeval and their Scions took it away and cursed him to wander the world, 'Forever Timeless' until the end of days to atone for his enormous number of sins, something he's still working on in the present day.
