* ContinuityNod: By the time ''Digimon Re: Adventure'' takes place, he's a hermit living in the wilderness. While not specifically Aokigahara just yet, nor is it the hermitage in France, he instead takes refuge in an abandoned elementary school campus from which Taichi and several of his friends originally attended back when it was still being used.

** In ''Digimon Re: Tamers'' Chapter 13's CliffHanger ending, [[spoiler:just as everything seems fine after the fight with Necrozma, nobody was keeping an eye on Grandis during his date, which because of Enric ends up being ruined with Grandis being forced into drastic measures to flat out kill Enric in a blind rage. Using the Ultra Card everyone else was busy looking for but couldn't find, Grandis forces himself to Hyper Evolve into Phase 5, which instead of his normal Shining Grandis form, he becomes [[SuperPoweredEvilSide Megalo Grandis]].]]

* AchillesHeel: SensoryOverload is the most obvious once you're familiar with the major weakness of his predator eye combined with an already heightened negative reaction to LoudOfWar with his {{UsefulNotes/Autism}}.
