* ForWantOfANail: If Cameron came back into the game instead of Cody, Season 19 would have been graced with someone who is very strong on the brainy side and would have probably made Paul sweat a little. Sadly, Paul didn't even have to deal with him at all, remarking it was himself against 15 houseguests- minus Cameron.

* AlphaBitch[=/=]LovableAlphaBitch:
** Jessica flip-flops between the two, falling somewhere in the middle. She can be extremely catty at points, such as disliking Alex for ''extremely'' [[ClingyJealousGirl petty reasons]] even though Alex had no beef with her, not to mention she's gotten in fights with plenty of other houseguests. That said, Jessica genuinely isn't mean-spirited, called out Cody for playing the game too personal, and has often apologized for when she acts out of line.
** The best illustration of this would have to be her reactions to Christmas's injury. When Christmas, reading from a written statement, gives the houseguests the news that she'll need surgery and declares that she'll continue to be the "Queen of Perseverance" and stay in the house, Jessica is all but rolling her eyes. Post-surgery, however, when Christmas reveals that she will never again have full mobility, Jessica is wide-eyed, stunned, and shocked.

** Jessica is a NobleDemon (Type I). She can be very antagonistic, catty and bitchy in her treatment towards others. However, she does seem to have a moral line that she won't cross and she does have a disgust for bullying and deliberately hurting others. She will also be someone that will admit when she's done something wrong or has gone too far. And she's willing to apologize and make amends for her poor decisions and actions.
** Jessica is a WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds (Type II). She can be mean, catty and petty at times, but she also has a FreudianExcuse for her behavior. Jessica is still mourning the loss of her late father so it could be assumed that much of her nasty behavior could have to do with still dealing with the loss. Aside from that, Jessica has also been the victim of bullying in the house. It makes sense why Jessica's attitude and behavior towards the people who she feels has mistreated her would be negative in nature.

* ThirteenIsUnlucky: Ramses was evicted and finished in 13th place. On top of it, Ramses was completely blindsided in his eviction as it was expected that Josh was the one that was supposed to be evicted. He also got cursed at random because Paul happened to unwittingly select his number among the order of the people who entered the Den of Temptation the week Paul was given the Pendant of Protection. Finally, Ramses got the first permanent eviction (not counting Megan) of the season, with no chance to even fight his way back into the game.

* GenreRefugee: He comes into the house boasting about cosplay and anime and Comic-Con... and gets dead silence and blank stares from ''everyone''. Jason turns his head sideways in confusion in the Diary Room, and Kevin hesitantly inquires, "'[[ADateWithRosiePalms Cockplay]]'...?" This was indeed a dark day for all us Japanophiles.

* BareYourMidriff: Jessica wears tops or shirts that reveal her stomach or midriff. Part of what makes her a MsFanservice.

* EntitledBitch: Jessica always felt that everything had to go her way. If things didn't go the way she wanted them to, she became an entitled SpoiledBrat who felt that she was superior to everyone else in the house. She had little to no problem with mistreating the other houseguests while she and Cody were in power. Yet, when she and Cody were out of power, she expected the other houseguests to give her and Cody respect when they didn't do anything to deserve it in the first place. When Jessica felt that she was getting the respect that she felt that she deserved, she would resort to PlayingTheVictimCard.

** Her [[EvilIsPetty Pettiness]]: Jessica seems to hold grudges and she's very petty. She can't seem to let go of things and she'll stop at nothing to gain revenge against others. Her constant trash talking about the other houseguests show that she's a mean spirited person. She's also a SpoiledBrat when things don't go her way. In addition, she can be a SoreLoser and will attack others if she's feeling salty.

** Jessica constantly calls out Josh for PlayingTheVictimCard yet she has no issue with playing the victim if it's going to benefit her and Cody in the game. When Jessica doesn't get her way, she reacts like a SpoiledBrat and EntitledBitch who cries, whines and resorts to playing the victim who was wronged by everyone else.

* ItsAllAboutMe: Jessica is very selfish and self centred. When she doesn't get her way, she displays the attitude of a SpoiledBrat and EntitledBitch. In addition, she has a victim complex and makes herself come across as the victim whenever she feels that she's been done wrong by others in order to get attention or sympathy.

* SpoiledBrat:
** In early weeks, the second anything doesn't go her way, she resorts to crying and complaining. Case in point, she has an emotional breakdown when she realized being a Have-Not meant she couldn't eat any of the cake they had for Dominique's birthday.
** That said, [[BreakTheHaughty Jessica has quickly grown out of this]], managing to keep relatively calm and level-head (if understandably frustrated) despite her boyfriend being evicted, being placed on the block again, and having her target stay in the house after a surprise flip.

* BrawnHilda: Megan is TheBigGirl but she's also somewhat athletic in appearance. She's not considered to be a BigBeautifulWoman however, because she doesn't fit the characteristics of someone who would be considered beautiful, sexy or physically attractive. She has somewhat of a masculine appearance because she's a true {{Tomboy}}. She may be a physically dominant and strong woman (she used to be in the military after all so she does have physical strength) but she's most definitely not a MsFanservice or an AmazonianBeauty like Christmas, who is also strongly athletic yet toned and muscular.

* BreakoutCharacter: Jessica became one of the most popular and well liked houseguests of the season. It should be noted that much of her popularity had to do with the fact that she (and Cody) were the only ones to oppose Paul and weren't blinded by him which won fans over. Plus, there was the fact that the rest of the houseguests were so damn unlikeable to begin with that Jessica and Cody seemed tame in comparison. Jessica's popularity also hinged on the fact that she was a victim of constant harassment and bullying from the other houseguests and therefore, it made it easy for many fans to feel sorry for her. In fact, Jessica, along with Cody, were well liked enough by both CBS and many of the fans that they were chosen to be on ''Series/TheAmazingRace'' (Season 30)!

* BrutalHonesty: Said probably the ''most'' deadly remark ALL season at the finale when she told everyone who blindly sided with Paul that if they wanted to come on ''Big Brother'' and do that, that they probably shouldn't even ''be'' on the show. She nailed that one on the ''head'', and the fanbase agrees.

* RacialFaceBlindness: {{Invoked}} by Jessica who first compares the appearances of Alex and Paola (which is debatable, but has been made by quite a few other viewers as well).... and also Dominique and Da'Vonne (who's physical similarities begin and end with being black women).

* {{BFS}}: If you watch him in his intro package, this is one of his many props- he wields Ryuko Matoi's half of the Scissor Blade from ''Anime/KillLaKill'' while decked out in a self-made futuristic battle armor. Also doubles as a ShoutOut to the anime, even if was unintentional, but those of us who have seen it definitely know how badass it is and should give him due respect for being such a huge fan.

* BreakoutCharacter: He got almost no time on camera (Due to [[SpotlightStealingSquad Paul sucking up all the screentime]]) but since his eviction, he has proven to be quite popular (most of his popularity comes from his shenanigans on ''After Dark'' and the live feeds), rating ''above'' most of the players left in the game (with Kevin being the only exception). The talcum powder prank he participated in was especially key in that respect.
* ButNotTooBlack: Ramses is Black Dominican, but he's also rather light skinned. Some fans even thought that he was mixed or biracial because of his light skin tone.

* [[RealMenLoveJesus Real Women Love Jesus]]: Dominique is deeply and strongly religious. She has a strong and deep belief in God and that God is guiding her in the game. Unfortunately for her, her strong beliefs have made her come across as TheFundamentalist who has taken her preaching of her religious beliefs to the extreme much to the annoyance of the rest of the houseguests and even some of the fans.

* CassandraTruth: Jillian was the first person in the house beyond Cody to note how Paul was really bad news to everyone else and not to be trusted while the gang was still celebrating. Quite predictably, [[LooseLips she didn't get very far into the game.]]
* CuteButCacophonic: Jillian has a very high pitched voice, especially during her DR sessions and many of the fans have commented that they find her voice grating at times because it sounds way too high and too girly. Basically, a nice version of Bronte from last season, who ironically shares her placing as the third boot.

* HatedByAll: According to Cody, everyone in the house either disliked or hated Megan, to the point that she was targeted right off the bat by all of the other houseguests. The other guests referred to her as unfriendly, insufferable, and "a basket case." However, attitudes towards her softened at the news she'd had a breakdown over a personal matter, which led to her quitting the show. Outside the house, Megan has garnered sympathy from fans over the personal hell she underwent behind the scenes.

* BreakoutCharacter: Along with Ramses and Cody, he has become ''surprisingly'' liked, simply because the viewers hate Paul and the minions that much more. And especially because he reamed the entire cast for not playing the game well.

* LovableNerd: Cameron is dorky and most definitely a likeable person. It also helps that he's TheWoobie who had very bad luck from the start which has caused many of the fans to find him endearing.

* AloofDarkHairedGirl: Subverted. Jessica is very attractive, exotic and beautiful with dark hair, brown eyes and olive tanned skin and appears that she would have the personality and demeanour of an IceQueen since she's a mega AlphaBitch. However, she's the opposite of icy, cold, and aloof (although she does have her moments especially when she's being catty or bitchy) in regards to her personality, attitude and demeanour. Instead, Jessica is much more on the HotBlooded, emotional, feisty, and passionate side in terms of her personality.

* AndThereWasMuchRejoicing: Nearly everyone in the house, with the exception of Cody, was happy or content with Jessica being evicted. The ones that were the most happy and satisfied over this were Paul, Josh, Raven, and Alex.
* AnnoyingYoungerSibling: When Jessica and Cody were discussing their families and their siblings, Jessica said she's the youngest child and the baby of her family. She has an older brother.

** Hell, how about '''the entire house'''? It seems that NOBODY likes Jessica anymore. Even the people that were somewhat close with Jessica before, such as Mark and Elena, have distanced themselves from her (and by extension, Cody). At least by the end of it all, she is still with Cody.
* AscendedFangirl: Admitted to being a huge fan of Big Brother and she used to watch the show since she was much younger with her late father. Jessica said that she wanted to god on Big Brother because she knows that her father would be so proud of her if she made it onto the show because it was his dream. Jessica even admitted that she was a Paul fangirl and that he was her favorite player on Big Brother 18.

* CelebrityResemblance:
** With Music/ArianaGrande; it got particularly notable after Jessica wore cat ears for a period of time. Funny when you consider Ariana's own brother Frankie is one of the most ([[AttentionWhore in]])famous former houseguests, and Jess behaves similarly.
** With Creator/JessicaAlba. Bonus points for sharing the same first name.

* DingDongTheWitchIsDead: ''All'' of the other houseguests, with the exception of Cody, were very happy or elated that Jessica was evicted in Week 6. The ones most ecstatic about her eviction were Josh, Paul and Alex. Josh even taunted her as she left.

* DividedWeFall: Tried to [[InvokedTrope invoke]] this on the rest of her and Cody's alliance after he betrayed and blindsides two members of it in the first week. [[DefiedTrope They were having absolutely none of it and simply turned on and ousted her and Cody from it instead.]]
* DomesticAbuse: Averted for the most part. Although Jessica is a [[AlphaBitch major bitch]] to everyone else and doesn't treat the majority of the other houseguests in a nice manner. On the other hand, she treats Cody the best out of everyone but it's understandable considering that he's her romantic partner. Despite this, she does have her incredibly bitchy, hostile and catty moments with Cody and she can be very manipulative, combative and argumentative towards him especially when she doesn't get her way with him. Cody even stated to Mark that he finds Jessica controlling, bossy and domineering at times and he doesn't like the way she treats him sometimes.

* HeelFaceDoorSlam: When she kept hating on Josh on a week when he strongly considered getting rid of Elena, Josh simply bowed to the house majority and she was overwhelmingly flushed out of the game. Kevin also left her to her fate because with all the blowups the showmance bore witness to, he clearly saw that she and Cody were poison.

* {{Irony}}: Did you think the producers were ''really'' going to stop with the fun of temptations so soon? Her decision to take the last temptation of the Den of Temptation extended the recurrence of temptations in the game for 3 ''more'' weeks. Looks like the producers have a contingency plan.
